Amanda, these meals look so delicious, you always make the best recipes and I love the ones you shared! It was great getting to collab with you again! ❤❤
Wow, 2 separate Crocktober 2023 collabs! I've got a lot of videos to catch up on! Thanks for your 3 great recipes Amanda! My oven blew out Saturday so until we replace it I will need to use my other cooking options. Thanks for letting me know about this in your reply comment to me! Many Blessings from Deborah in West Virginia!
Happy Sunday my friends! I hope y’all are having a blessed weekend! Let me know what your favorite crockpot recipe is. I always love new ideas! And don’t forget to check out the playlist linked in the description box.
Salsa chicken is one of my new favorite crock pot dish. I used about a pound of chicken tenders seasoned with taco seasoning. A cup of salsa (I use Pace picante sauce), corn, and optional chopped onion and green pepper. Optional because pepper and onion are in salsa. I add cooked black beans to my bowl, because my husband doesn’t like beans. Can use cilantro, but since we don’t like it I add chopped green onion on top. Anyway, it comes together in about 5 hours on low. Easy and delicious!
Hi Amanda! Great ideas for my hubby and me something we would eat! I hope you and your family is doing well. How is your hubby doing? My prayers continue for him! Have a great week!
Hi, Barb! We’re doing well. Hope y’all are too! He’s been pretty tired and not always feeling the best. They have to keep him in a state of low iron so that has just made him struggle with feeling well. I appreciate you checking on him. ❤️ we definitely appreciate the prayers. Hope you have a good week too!
Great recipes Amanda!! Thank you! I've been making Misisippi pot roast & chicken for a few years. Recently I saw a video of using it on sliders with the Hawaiian rolls. So I took my leftovers (it was the chicken) and did that the next night. Just did the butter/parsley/garlic over the top & baked . So yummy!! Frozen fries on the side & that was dinner. Hope you have an awesome week. Always sending prayers!!
These three recipes would be a hit here in our home too. I’m also one that like to find recipes with those cans of soup. But when a recipe calls for them I just make my own real quick lol.
Hey sweet friend, thank you for sharing your wonderful recipes with us. They all looked delicious. I'm definitely going to make the Mississippi chicken, I never had it. My husband thinks ketsup is spicy. Thank you for the collaboration from California. Have a blessed and beautiful week.
Amanda these were great recipes. I’ve not made the Mississippi chicken yet either. 😂 I need to though. I love chicken tortilla soup. It was doing this collab together. Have a great week.
Yes, so many of the mixes like that are so high in salt. I wish they would put less since it’s easy to add salt if you want it more salty, but you can’t take it out of it once it’s there. Thank you for watching! ❤️
I love when my favorite ladies collaborate. Can't wait to try these delicious recipes. Our favorite crockpot meal is salisbury steak meatballs over mashed potatoes. PS, I've never had Mississippi chicken or pot roast.
Hi, Alma! Those meatballs sound yummy! I feel like everyone had tried it! Lol so I’m glad to see someone else hasn’t. You definitely should though. It’s so good! Thank you for watching! ❤️ hope you have a blessed week!
Sorry to say. I will never make anything that is or has. Any kind of hot spicy anything in it. Because when I use any kind of hot spices. All's I taste is the hot and nothing else. It doesn't add anything to what I make it just add hotspot
