My children and I have this and I have good solutions too. It is rare now for us to even have a flair up but you know things we put on our skin and what we eat can trigger them. First, take clean pantyhose or buy some cheap. Cut off at least 8 inches of the panty hose. Pour raw uncooked (unflavored, not the minute kind either) into the panty hose and tie it off. You have now made a homemade oatmeal bath bomb. (You can make multiple out of one set of pantyhose) Next, put the oatmeal bomb right under the bath water faucet and turn it on hot only. Let it pour over the bomb and fill the tub a few inches with hot water. This cooks the oats. Next, start adding cold water and fill up the tub. Put 2 cups of Apple Cider Vinegar into a warm, not hot, bath. Now you have an oatmeal bomb and ACV in the water, soak for at LEAST 30 minutes. Do not use soap unless you have some that will specifically not mess with your eczema. When you get out, while you are still dripping wet with water, smother Organic Coconut Oil all over your body and bad areas. Not your hair or it will look greasy. Face to feet. This locks in the moisture and helps kill it. Repeat 3 days in a row with the oatmeal and ACV and coconut oil. It goes away. Just throw away the oatmeal bombs in the trash and no gross clean up or anything clogging your plumbing. Do not try to blend oats into a powder to mix with water. This will clog your pipes and leave white bits all over your hair. ** Make sure you get the UNREFINED coconut oil, which means they do not cook the coconut "meat" before they make the oil. It has more good natural stuff in it. Adding a quarter cup of baking soda helps if you have it on hand and can mix with the ACV and oatmeal in the same bath. Also, having a cool mist humidifier in your home helps a lot. THE END :)
