3 questions to ask your interviewer 

Best three questions I’ve heard, especially since it will help set you up for success in the role.

These are legitimately, good questions. I do hundreds of interviews a year and the amount of stupid questions I get is insane and the amount of stupid questions I hear on the Internet to ask is overwhelming. These ones though are good. You are good to ask these ones.

I interview people regulary. those are really good questions. they tell me more about YOU than your CV and its all the right things

I had an interview today and was looking for one of your interview related videos / tweets that I had seen but couldn't find it. I remembered one of the questions about what a successful first year would look like so I asked that. I think it went well. Funny that this just popped up in my feed. I'll remember these for the second round if I get there. Thanks!

i had used the 1st one and 3rd one together and i had asked the interview. “How do i exceed ur expectations on ur This role and If im hired what are 3 things you would like to see from me in the first 90 Days.” when i tell you they said “you’re hired” instantly you would think i’m joking

Don't 100% agree with the first 2, the 3rd one is definitely a good one or you can ask what do you expect me to have accomplished within the first 90 days of the role?

I ask questions similar to this. To be honest if I were interviewing someone and I heard this I would start to think they’re disingenuous and just trying to do a good job to impress me. Idk it just sends generic. Look at other questions people ask and it seems like everyone is doing this.

Well that wouldnt be authentical for me. But I wouldve already asked whats the problems you re facing right now that I d be able to solve as well as whats the plans you have for the future that i could help with

I lost a job because i thought efficiency the most import an that all HR talked about. I got the sack cause too many sick days, but my efficiency was good. So obvious if thought about, would have been even more obvious if they told us. Efficiency not good if not there haha
