Could you make a choice comparison video where one person chooses to pay off one property vs another who uses your strategy and show a side by side graph comparison showing their debt and income? I’d like to see visually how it compounds over time and how the debt you acquire on so many properties is actually worth it because of the cashflow! Then show how each investor did at the end of 10 years or something

Thank you Kris. I agree with what you all said. How do you manage to keep tenants to pay in a consistent basis? Do you have a property management? When do you get a property manager? How many houses can be managed at the beginning just by yourself? By the way, I am watching at 3AM

You do not make a profit putting 20 percent down with the sky high prices please show us some real estate purchases where you can buy a house nowadays with 20 percent down and rent it making a profit maybe 10 years ago this would have worked

This sounds like a risky idea for your primary residence. Especially for seniors or other people who have no other assets, no savings and are living on a fixed income. It seems safer to play this Monopoly game with your other investment property. But not your primary residence.

Before jumping into conclusion I think you should take a look at things first. For the past few days the price of BTC has been fluctuating which means the market is currently unstable and you can't tell if it's going bearish or bullish. While Others continue to trade without the fear of making lose, others are being patient. It all depends on the pattern with which you trade and also source of your signals. I would say trading has been going smoothly for me.
