Firstly, great content, I am learning a lot with this video series. I am not from the USA, but I intend to sell in the USA. Do you guys think there's anything specific I should look into? I am confused about how I will set up the LLC, after all, I don’t have a USA address. Also what happens if I have any problems with shipping, how do you guys deal with it operating in a market so far from you? Thank you very much!

Hello! Great questions, SElling in your own marketplace is a great way to expose yourself to the process. But you can start selling in the USA with out doing anything. When registering you'd create a virtual US address, there and many services that provide this, look into registering in Wyoming. The best way to sell online from abroad is to use the FBA program. Then Amazon takes care of everything for you.

Thank you for this video! I am a little confused. Trying to set up an individual account so I pay per item sold (not pro with a monthly fee) but at 4:30 mins in you have to enter your card number and get charged 40 US dollars (approx) - do you still have to pay this though if you want an individual account - I thought there was no fee, thanks in advance!

If you don't have a Professional account, then you won't be charged for the Seller Central subscription fee.

Does your business entity have an effect on how you are taxed? Are income taxes usually a big cost for amazon sellers since its self employment income? If an amazon seller makes 100k before taxes, would they end up paying 35-40k in taxes?

Hi, sales tax laws often depend on several factors, including various state and local regulations. We'd recommend speaking to an accountant or lawyer concerning this. Hello If I want to sell in the US market on Amazon, but I am not a resident! Can I register my LLC in a different country? Note that I just want my LLC for suppliers to open a wholesale account not for my seller central

Hello! Yes, you can set up your LLC anywhere, especially if you want it for the suppliers. If you use online companies, you can get virtual numbers and addresses or a PO Box to set up an LLC in certain states. But it is completely up to you!

Can you explain a little the difference between a products name and a brand name? I always assumed you were branding "Jungle stix" "Jungle snugs" etc. But you're saying that you only branded Jungle creations and not the product names? I'm assuming that you trademarked all the products then?

So the Product name is "Jungle stix" or "Jungle snugs" The Brand name is "Jungle Creations"... All of our products fall under that Brand name. 😊

I am stuck here Travis well I am going to do amazon FBA though Alibaba. but my Amazon does not have a+ content so I nee a trademark. I do no have a brand name is there a way I can get my trademark verified quicker. Can a lawyer or solicitor do this. Beth

You can try with Amazon Brand Registry! Amazon offers a service called the IP Accelerator, which connects Amazon business owners to curated Intellectual Property (IP) attorneys who will help you with the trademark process.

Hello, do you still need barcodes if you're a re-seller and not the manufacturer of the products you're selling? And as a LLC should I still select Individual or Business when signing up?

When creating a seller account on Amazon, "Business location" refers to the country where you are selling, not the county where you live. m i right?

Hey Quick question. If I want to sell airpod cases. Would I need to brand it with my logo in order to sell it on Amazon? And if I do would I need to trademark my logo/Brand?

You can certainly manufacture your own Airpod case and add your Brand so you can create your own listing. While Trademarking isn't always necessary, it can stop others from using your design. You will need to ensure that the case design yo're looking at isn't already Trademarked!

Hi @Lucas Yes you can add your logo on your product if you are a brand register seller but my suggestion is first source a some units and sell them if they get a good result then you can order these product with high MOQ with your logo Thank you

Hello If I want to create US seller account, I have registered LLC in the US but I am not a resident. Can I use my ID document, credit card, and bank statement as proof or my residential address(not from the US)? Or should I use my US staff information (all from the US)? Another question is, if the proof of address(bank statement) should be from US? and the mothly payment credit card billing address should be from US? I tried to use US LLC bussiness information and my personal information as primary contact, but failed. Thank you.

@@ABDULWAHAB-amzppcmanager thanksbro,, but the only disadvantage of wholesale is that most of the wholesalers don't Intend to Open a wholesale sell account with you, and Mostly the best selling brand's products is Amazon itself who sells them and I think it is going to be very less chance for a new third-party seller to make sale while the BUY BOX is in control of Amazon.
