For story 3, you don’t sign a lease for something unseen. Totally ridiculous. One could say serves you right… I feel bad for them but shake my head at their stupidity.
Ripshy chooses really good stories. He’s an inspiration for me starting my own channel recently - I have a very different voice though lol. I love putting on creepypastas while I do the dishes 😅
Here’s a few video ideas if you’re interested. Scary religious stories. Scary military stories. Scary sewer stories. Story 1: Was believable until it got to the bit where he agreed to sleep with the creeps wife. Story 3: Always look at places first. Also, if you see someone in your apartment, call the police, don’t just sleep in your car and ignore it. And don’t try to sleep in a place that seems completely rundown and full of bugs and mould. And sue the landlord for your money back.
@@princessmarlena1359 yup. Like they were given the place under the pretext of it being professionally cleaned, when it was actually not fit for residence. He just accepts all the bad stuff without protest.
i’m new to your channel, i’m very picky when it comes to the story channels but i have noticed to like ur vids a lot. keep up the good work, and i luv ur vids i subbed with notis :3
jesus man these stories were some of the most surreal stories ive heard on this channel. story one had an insane plot twist, story 2 had an insane premise, and story 3 was just unreal in the most depressing way
I lived in a house just like the one in the last story, down to the kid's neglect and apparition in the closet I only lived there for 4 months, bc me and my roommates were losing our minds
South side of Tallahassee Florida is not the good side of Tallahassee. Things that are described in story helps people understand why we call it Tallanasty. I grew up there from the time I was 15 yrs old until 2013. It's only gotten worse, I left from there when my kids were 14 yrs old and 16 yrs old.
@@BawlBag A lot of Tallahassee has really pretty streets and roads. It's the people that live on them that are dangerous. It's crazy. My son got held up at knife point right at the entrance to our apartment complex (supposed to be the good side of town) . All he has was a fountain drink from the store, he was 14 yrs old, just before his 15 th birthday. I loved it when I was growing up. I used to walk everywhere and never worried. By the time I had kids, it had gone way downhill
@@BawlBag I honestly don't know. I go there to see my family and my son told me they closed the mental hospital and just threw the residents out in the streets, so now there are more homeless then there already was, which was quite a lot. It just really blows my mind.
I got a house horror story. TL/DR at bottom. I rented a house my landlady inherited from her grandparents. I had a year lease with an option to buy at the end. My landlady was up for a promotion and was moving to another city, she wanted to sell the house in a year and use the money to buy a really nice penthouse apartment. When I moved in and inspected, it seemed okay at first. But after the first month I was feeling sick, especially in the back of the house. My landlady had left the wi does open in the back part of the house when I moved in, I chalked it up to the new paint job she had done. But no. I had a contractor come over to see as to why I felt so nauseous I’m the back of the house, and he found black mold in the walls of one of the back rooms. He told me to call a county inspector, the best one in the county. I called that inspector, he cost three times more than a typical county inspector, but his words were gold standard. The county inspector found more black mold and told me to vacate the house immediately. He red tagged the building. I called my landlady, and she was furious. What was worse was she knew there was black mold forming yet didn’t tell me. I had recorded the conversation and let her know I was doing it (required by law in that state, two party consent, let her know at the start of the conversation). She told me to “just stay out of the back part of the house. I told her “No, I paid to rent the whole thing, why should I stay out of any part of it because you were too lazy to fix a problem that risks tenant health and safety? Besides, I can’t even go into the house now that it is red tagged.” She was really angry and cussed at me. I told her I was withholding rent until she fixed the problem. She refused and said she would have me evicted. I went to HUD and talked to someone who hooked me up with a lawyer on contingency. I sued my landlady and won. My landlady had to pay all my legal fees, moving expenses, and hotel lodgings of my choice. I chose the Residence Inn, i with I could have gotten the Hampton Inn but that was full. I loved having a large townhouse style hotel just for me. There was free breakfast in the mornings, a pool and a hot tub. My landlady was forced to have the house repaired and certified “mold free”, refund my full deposit at the end of the lease, and pay fines for knowingly renting out a house with black mold. As my landlady passed by the Residence Inn, coming home from work, I would change into my swimsuit and relax in the lounge chair by the pool, sipping a drink and mockingly “princess style waving” to her. That really made her livid. She ended up selling the house at a break even point after all she had spent for repairs, fines, the court costs, my legal fees, hotel stay, etc. Even my rent money was gone for her. The proceeds from the sale of her old condo also went up in smoke. She got her promotion and moved to the new city, but she had to move into a lousy apartment because she couldn’t afford the penthouse she wanted, or anything else like it. She was really upset and called me, saying “I hope you’re happy! You ruined my life!” and explained the situation. I laughed, hung up, and blocked her. Had she taken care of the black mold problem before I had moved in, it wouldn’t have cost her as much and she still could have gotten that penthouse. TL/DR: Landlady rented out her grandparents’ house to me, despite knowing it had black mold. I found it and sued her, won, got put up on fancy lodgings at her expense. She lost all the money from the sale of her condo and grandparents’ house to pay for legal fees, repairs, fines, my lodgings, and more. She had to move into a lousy apartment in the new city where she planned to move after her job promotion, and accused me of ruining her life.
Recently discovered your channel. Most of the time these stories are semi "spooky". But yours are a little more scary, and i like it. Id prefer EXTREMELY SCARY. But i dont know where to find that. But i still like your stuff. You get a subscribe. Congrats. 🎉
I remember renting a really nice 1 bedroom 2 story loft in Tallahassee for $650 in 2017. Most of the houses are pretty old there. My friend had a place similar to the one in story 3. The only difference being it was like $350/month. My god how things have taken a turn for the worst. :/
The last story was so unfortunately relatable. I once had a landlord that showed me a completely different apartment than the one he actually moved me into. And the one I actually had to live in ended up being infested with bed bugs. I suffered in that place for a year until to could tell him I would not be renewing my lease.
I was looking at Google maps thru out the entirety of story #3 trying to figure out which unit they were in lol. The whole street looks miserable and believable from what was described.
Good set! My friend had to clean out the oven in her place. It had… fur in it. 🤢 We’re thinking squirrel. This was before she replaced it entirely because it almost killed her with a gas leak, due to it being propane on a natural gas stove.
2nd story they're not too forgiving. It's sad and i wouldn't press charges either. Would have done more damage to take him away from his son. I'd actually go a bit further and try n help them get the help they need
Hey cool video also can i tell you a Scary story ? Yes ? Okay when i was 7 i loved fortnight it was one rainy night and my parents where out and it was just me and brother and my brother was playing Fortnite But he stoped and said Did you see that? Snice im going to take a Shower so after that i played Fortnite but i heard our Dog barking and that is Weird because our dog Never barks so i just stayed and played and in the fu€king corner of my eye i saw a black shadow i knew that that Sh!- crap was Not mine so i went to my room and late at night i saw that my doll eyes where glowing and it was talking but i knew for a damn fact that i surely didn't turn it on so i ran to my brothers Room and i slept in there until my parents got back
My guy in story number three told it as if it was a horror story 🤣 Bud.. that's 95% of ALL renting situations. Almost described my last apartment to a T, And similar to the one we live in now! Unfortunate but not a horror story
