God is pruning me right now. I’ve lost relationships, money and my old self. Jesus is transforming me. He literally took everything I valued and said, “Depend on me!” I’m so blessed because not only does He provide but He shows up and shows out in ways that we could have never imagined. God’s way and His will is so perfect. ❤

Currently in a pruning season. God removed a relationship that I thought was headed towards marriage and children. Since then I have worshiped the Lord daily through prayer, reading the word, watching sermons and following great RU-vid channels such as this. I am trying to hold on to his unchanging hand. Even though I am a bro lol your channel has been helping me get through this a great deal. Thank you for all that you do!

God DEFINITELY has me my pruning season right now. I am in a place where I am totally relying on his provision. I have never been in a season like this. It’s new, uncomfortable, and if I’m honest, very scary at times. But I’ve realized that this is needed for God to elevate me and prepare me for my next. Lord I trust you.

Job, friends, and super close connections because I relied on them more than him. Now God is forcing me to trust in him and he is continually showing me that he got me

I am currently in my prunning season where God seperate me and my bf and He also took my job from me and close every single doors no matter how had i tried to apply for jobs. However, i hold on to His promise at the beginning of the season where things got really tough . He said and for the first time i heard His voice really clear, " Your bf is okay, you are the one that needs to be okay. Once you are okay then everything will be okay". So in my waiting season i see and feel God removing every single bad characters from me and refining my thoughts and how i carry myself towards evry single other persons in my life. I am closer to my restoration because last month 25th April, God gave my this word from Isaiah 40:1-2 that says :my sad days or hard service is completed". So iam always thankful to God for this season in my life and hoping to see His restoration over my life very soon. Amen.

God removed me from a ten year relationship and told me to move to a new state. And I did! My life has felt so light, free and my relationship with God and myself is blossoming

God is pruning me of the desire to be wanted by men, especially b/c I've been rejected so many times. He's reminding me of how much He loves, adores, and accepts me flaws and all. ❤

You are such a God sent❤ 2 days ago,I lost my other phone where i had content for my business.Before then i had planned to get my business off the ground in 90 days,today is day 1 of 90🎉.I asked God why did i lose my phone with all the business content i had to use for these 90 days and He said "I want you to see your potential" I bagged a business promotion and the brand offered to make the ad with their equipment (big cameras and lights) and they called me today on how they will do the advert,i was just going to use my phone and ringlight for the business ad😂😂God had bigger plans,I love him so much.

My pruning process I believe is the Good Lord pruning my ability and quality of prayer. He’s been leading me to deeper, actual conversations with Him, feeling His presence; instead of treating Him like a vending machine. God bless you Melody !!

hey, sis!! let's chat: what is one thing (one "dead branch") God has removed during your pruning season?! For me: PHEW, where do I begin?! lol! I think the biggest area God has pruned over the last year or so is the area of friendships. He's removed friends from my life and for some, while the friendship is still intact, the level of closeness we've shared has changed. Throughout it all, I've just been believing and trusting that He's preparing me for the type of community He's placed the desire in my heart for and trusting it will all come to pass in HIS timing.

During my pruning process, I’ve changed my mindset to have a more GODLY mindset. Things that I normally listen to and watch, I don’t anymore. I’ve become more dependent on the LORD with my worries, fears and anxieties. I’ve steered clear from certain ppl. And I don’t feel bad about it. GOD IS SO AWESOME!!!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️❤️

This was so timely! God told me to quit my job in January. I was going to put my two weeks in in case I "needed" to come back and the day after I put my two weeks in, he wouldn't even let me out of the car to go into the building. I felt this deep calling to do something else, I THOUGHT he was sending me back into Coaching but I was wrong. He literally shifted my whole life and now I'm working in the Non-Profit space and I have an opportunity to pursue my music and media career again. I've lost friends and mindsets along the way. I literally have to depend on God for my daily bread and provision but it's been an amazing, scary, anxious, but fulfilling season so far. I've opened up my eyes to so many things that he is doing in the now and really all of the things he told me in previous seasons are coming to fruition right before my eyes. I had to get into the PROPER POSITION though. I wasn't going to be able to see what he was doing until I let go of the past, and the trauma, healed, and also let go of my idea of HOW it was going to happen. I had to completely abandon my old life and my old ways and step into the unknown. If you are hesitating to do something God has told you to do and it's caused by FEAR, trust him! It's the best thing you will ever do in your life. Trust me when I say this. He has your back and he will NOT leave you. Joshua 1:8-9

A toxic friend which I knew I had to give up , yet I was holding on still.

This world has grown so dark. Thank you Jesus for never leaving my side because everyone else has! Jesus! I PRAISE you! Even as I’m struggling providing for my children. I feel like a failure but I will keep faith in God. Prayers are all I need. Since covid I can’t seem to get back on my feet. I lost my job for declining the vaccine. I declined due to my health conditions. I suffer from lupus, and heart disease. I’m now waitressing and so thankful to be working but I’m not making nearly enough to get by. I have two beautiful boys both are autistic. I’m overwhelmed because they require so much from me. I started homeschooling them because they were having so many issues with bullying. I feel so alone. Every month is a struggle to not end up on the streets with my boys. I’m struggling buying groceries I’m so discouraged. Jesus hear my cries I’m so tired. But I have faith! I WILL NOT FEAR! I know God will continue to provide for me and my children. So I praise you Jesus! And thank you in advance! ❤

God is pruning my sense of self sufficiency. This experience has caused me to cling to Him and seek Him for guidance, instead of running around Him in an attempt to accomplish my own plans.

My relationship of almost 2 years ended last weekend. Ive been praying about not being happy but too scared to leave. I was too scared to be out on my own not having a family to support me or talk to or connect with. But, I realize that God have so much in store for me. Hes always been there when I needed a mother or a father or a friend. He is my rock, so Im walking and im believing.

Through my pruning process the Lord has removed a reoccurring bad habit. He has removed relationships with some friends. And i have experienced rejection from others. The lord has opened my eyes and my heart to this new season of my life. And i am so grateful to be changing for the glory of God !

Pruning is for fruitfulness

Earlier today, one of my friends in the circle asked me privately thru chat, because she noticed that I'm slowly distancing myself from them and she wanted to know the reason, why. So before I send my response to that, I asked God for the courage to say the things that I needed to say, with love, because I don't want to end the relationship with this hatred on their chest. And thank God that she respected that, and now that I've said it all, it feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I trust God with all my heart because i know that he knows what's best and what's not for me. Ill just pray for them that they will realize how much God loves them, because they deserve to know that, but I know they are not ready, yet. Because they are still in love with these worldly things, and that makes me sad. But I know for sure, that one day, along the road they will find Jesus. 💛🕊🌾

Going through my pruning season now. God got rid of my relationship with some of my family members and made me stop living in the past and holding onto hurtful things from my past.

My victim mindset for sure. I just graduated a year ago and been feeling very unworthy of a career, don’t know what path to take, very upset with my environment and at a loss of how to change it. I realized it’s because I worked very hard my entire life up until now, been working since I was 16 - worked all through college even having multiple jobs, did all the clubs, internships, got stellar grades and awards but I got out and no noise… applications falling on deaf ears and I just got disappointed and became such a negative and sad person. I thought because I put in what I thought was enough work that it should fall into place now, that He’ll just make the puzzle pieces fit. But I realized however that I can choose to be sad or choose to find happiness and redefine what success looks like. Choose to not look at it as a curse but rather instruction to try a different way, a larger way (I’ve been thinking very small, going after a career that I can do but don’t love, am not excited or happy about but based on what I’ve done in school, I thought the goal is to land a job, why not apply to something that exactly matches my resume almost? But NO ACCEPTANCES, not even solid interviews 😂) but I can take my life in my hands, God has given us Will and Choice. I also believe that God just wants ME to do, to move away from home and switch my environment, for me to network and He’ll do the rest but for me to MOVE. Like get up and stop sulking, comparing, and having a woe me attitude and do SOMETHING.

I believe that God is pruning me of my unconfident and overthinking mindset. I’ve never really been fully confident in my ability and nor have I been fully confident in God’s ability to work through me, which is a part of my distrustful mindset. And I don’t have trust issues I just have overthinking issues of being unsure about things sometimes. Which low key makes me feel like I resemble the disciple Thomas in a way because he was known for a lot of his doubt.

God is pruning away self-reliance on my job, relationships . I'm in the season of trusting and depending on His Providential care and His faithfulness as I walk through my seasons of life with Him.🙏👐

Going through a pruning (separation and transformation) season. I started a new job. But felt YAH tell me to let it go and move to Florida - He is encouraging me and reminding me to continue to walk by faith and not sight. He has also been reminding me that He will supply all my need because He is my Source and Provider ☺️

My desire to run my day in a "type a" way. He is encouraging a more prayerful, God-focused, peaceful ,non hurried and worried approach. It's great but quite a shift!😊

A year and a half ago, during my pruning season my dad passed away from covid, I dropped out of college, watched everything in my life “fall apart” and fell into a time of depression. My mom completely changed and went from a women who always tried to do what was right to in a bar every night, my family felt like it fell apart, I felt alone cause I lost/ was separated from all my friends. And then my moms sister who was my closest aunt passed. I experienced my job season and it was so hard. But God… lately God has been showing me how all of it worked out for my good. “What the enemy meant for evil, he turned it for good” and he really did. Before this journey I kept falling into my old ways. I went back to college after being saved and was around all the same friends I had before that were very worldly. I fell into the same sin as before. And I also was very spoiled and I hate saying that but I was and I knew I could always “rely” on my parents.. or at least I thought and don’t get me wrong bc I love my mom and she would do anything for me. But I realized from losing my dad and seeing her fall that they aren’t promised in my life and won’t be around forever. (I wanna add, the enemy knew one of my biggest fears was losing my parents.. or any loved one. Bc family meant soooo much to me.) but if dad wouldn’t have passed I wouldn’t have came home from college. And if mom wouldn’t have changed so much I wouldn’t have saw the difference in her and realized how blessed I was to have had a mom like her. (She’s good now and back to her normal self for the most part.) and if I wouldn’t have lost everyone and been alone, I prolly wouldn’t have ran so hard to God. And this journey has not been easy at all. But I would chose it all over again if I could bc I see God is such a new light. And if I could do things differently I would have trusted God and let him have all control over my situation but I fell a lot and cried a ton and through tantrums of anger bc I didn’t know what was going on or why my life was being ripped out from under me, but now it all makes sense. So if anyone is going through that tough season, read job. And remember, you will get through this. I now have a deeper relationship with God and a love and hunger for him like no other and a realization that he’s all I’ve ever needed and wanted.

I've lost my job, relationship, my mind has been renewed, my relationship with God has been strengthened, i pray and fast more, i hear him better. It's been a painful yet beautiful journey, i can't trade it for anything in the world.

I used to cast judgement on people. Not in outloud but in my heart. The Lord has given me a more compassionate heart to understand that it is the spirit that is operating within them. Instead of judging them, i pray.

I really needed this! Being pruned is so hard, it can feel like a major loss or death of some sort and may involve a lot of grieving from letting go and processing as you unlearn, adjust and deny self. To trust that God has a plan and will work it all out is what I try to hold on to when I'm discouraged through it.

Wow, I feel like God is showing up for me. I decided a week ago that I wanted a relationship with God. Although, I grew up in the church, I never felt driven, I didn’t truly desire him. I am in my pruning season for sure ! God is definitely changing my mindset from this social media world to a more mature faith minded woman, he’s changing my approach to not only my business I had for 6 years ( I feel it is coming to an end ) but just my mindset overall . This pruning season made me make a dream prayer room where I can be close to God and just have my peace and privacy with him . Today I cried about life but God quickly reminded me of his blessings, that I have a roof over my head, clothes on my back , and food on my table . God has been pruning me my whole 60 yrs of existence. He has taken friendships, jobs, housing, food, clothing. He has taken a lot in my eyes but he sure gave back more than I could ever imagine or hoped for.

For me it's definitely the trust element which I've struggled with for a while now. The pruning is having to solely depend on God to provide, to lead, to guide and sustain. Coupled to with having to wait for the Lord to act on my behalf. It's all necessary and for my good and maturity.

A relationship that I put above God. I did not realize how much I sought this person to validate me and determine my value. God pruning this relationship has shown me that my value and validation was knitted together in my mothers womb from day one. He is showing me new levels of himself as I continue to grow into the women he has destined me to become.

God definitely pruned my hurtful past; my childhood traumas and also just the mistakes i made as a person, that made it hard for me to feel connected to people especially in relationships. I usually refused to see people and their efforts to love me or support me in anyway because of how i grew up. But it's been 4 years and i feel my pruning season has been going on forever 😑😕

I feel this. Lately I feel like he is pruning me of: being a workaholic, self soothing thru food, work gossip (I strongly feel I need to compartmentalize work from friendship going forward as well 😬), taking things personal, thinking about myself and public image way too much, looking for love & being obsessed with being married by a certain age. Take it all, Lord!

Through my pruning season (currently going through one) God has removed/ removing old relationships out of my life. Ones I didn't know how to let go and also was afraid to let go; I thought I needed them. However, God has been showing me just how much that was is true. And that the only one I need is Him. I lost my marriage It was painful but he taught me how to love someone with his love who couldn’t love me back. unconditional love. First woman to have my heart I didn’t realize after being with her for a while, I kind of made a an idol.. after she left the Lord showed me whatever you put above me, I will take it away!! I used to smoke so much Marijuana until one day I didn't care for it I quit cold turkey and im so proud of myself because that's one thing I thought I could never live without

God is pruning me thru my mindset but I also feel in this season I’m disliked. I’m faced with a lot of rejection and judgment. I do often feel like I have to defend myself and prove who I am. Wow I needed this. A month ago I lost my job, lost my home, and my boyfriend. Since then, I got the job I most wanted, found a new place to live, I’ve grown closer to my friends, and am growing in faith. God is good!!

My pruning process is still going yet differently. Initially in 2021-2022, I was removed from old relationships (friends, boyfriend) that no longer served me purpose. Removed myself from social media (taking a break), Changed jobs and step back into my line of field of work (technology). I had to rip up all of the visions boards I used to make for myself every year (the past 2 yrs, 2019-2020) and throw them away to see the new thing God has for me. I've lately had to mediate on the Bible verses Jeremiah 29:11-13. I didn't like it yet now having so much peace, I'm gaining more understanding in what he wants in my life from the past to right now. I'm just enjoying it.

The Holy Spirit led me here tonight and I couldn’t have watched a more on point video that just helped me discern what God is doing. THANK YOU FOR YOUR OBEDIENCE. God is good this was so on point! I am currently in the pruning season! although it may seem challenging because i don’t know what’s next, I am actually in so much peace knowing that God is guiding me 😃

I am in a pruning phase. It is a mindset pruning, and I relate so much to the first and third points. Point three is the most challenging one because I try to figure out everything independently. As the eldest child and "strong one" in the family, I always need to plan, fix, and figure things out on my own. However, recently, I feel God is trying hard to get me to realize I need to be stripped away from certain things and mindset to be elevated into the next phase of my life. It is not easy, but daily I am making conscious efforts and adjustments that will eventually allow for the total pruning to be done.

My current pruning process was walking in obedience to leave my current job. He’s revealed to me my purpose and what I will be doing but for now the first step was to obey in leaving where I currently am, as I had gotten comfortable, now I’m relearning to rely on him for provision.

I had an overthinking mindset and I’m glad that I let God into my life and now I don’t overthink situations and just let Gods will be done

I have been release from worrying and I experience peace. I’m learning to be depended completely on God and listen in the beginning I was so surprise that things will literally come through and time went on I learned to pended on him more and more. In my current season God is pruning me by moving me to be in prayer and petition about everything and stop leaning on my understanding. He is removing relationships and family that cause me to rely on my feelings and emotions and bringing people into my life that ground me and push me to trust in the lord and be dependent on him.

I am a high school student and I was an A student from first grade all the way to 9th grade. I would get awards, silvers and golds for subjects. When I got to my 10th grade, my marks drastically dropped. I felt hopeless and I felt like school was not for me. I would pray while studying, before writing and after writing for great marks, but I remained at average and I even failed a term. This week I wrote my first math test for the term and from a 33 I went straight to a 62. It’s not a great mark for my old self, but I was shocked and so happy. God had told me to drop physics and focus on math and he had been telling me for months. I done just that and my marks have gone higher. I am thankful because this is the report that I will be signing up for university/college with.🙏🏽🙏🏽✨‼️❤️

God has pruned my job from me. I have been jobless for the first time in 16 years of working. He is working on me with my patience. He is humbling me. I have to become my own boss.

I have been through my pruning, within my career, my finances, my relationship and raising my children. God have shown me that putting time into materials things does not help with any situation but to let go and not be in competition within myself.

Hi Melody, I would say during my PRUNING season, God has helped me change my mindset. I used to struggle with receiving constructive criticism. I would take what is being said and get defensive. Instead of asking the person to elaborate or asking how I can change or work on it. Now I realized God is saying I need to shift my perspective, mindset and not to take it personally. Before and after I pray and ask God to give me wisdom on how to go about things, to listen, and when to speak in that situation. This video was much needed. Thanks, sis!

I know God has me in a pruning season because my thoughts are becoming more positive. I’m at the point in my life where I’ “WILl NOT “ stay around negative people, conversations, or vibrations wether it’s coming from family or friends. The Lord took my pain during my pruning season. My heart was so heavy, it weighted me down physically just as much as it did spiritually. The Lord was so sweet, so kind. He absorbed every ounce of pain, rejection, and shame/guilt that I had been holding on too. Mistakenly thinking that it made me stronger or was apart of my story. Jesus took that hurt for His glory. Now I’m free! I love freely, give freely, forgive freely. For who the Son sets free is free indeed! I’ll spend the rest of my life thanking Him.

Blessed God sent me this channel. Subbed. My pruning process was building the courage to tell my wife at the time our marriage is over. Highly toxic. I prayed for his strength for months until He blessed me with his shield. Life has been a blessing with Christ ever since my deliverance. No more demons. Only Christ dwells in my heart. Faith!

He’s definitely pruning me through my career (I work as a behavior therapist for children on the spectrum) in order to change my mindset patterns. God’s grace and mercy gives me the opportunity and willingness to change and submit my will to him. because when I begin to hear the enemy tempting me, I can tell the difference between my heavenly Father’s voice and calling me into prayer to flee temptation. Our Lord is so glorious and it’s wonderful to know you Melody, through him, through your channel. Thank you for moving on behalf of him. 🙏🏼 Shalom.

Holy Spirit alway on time

I haven’t been able to listen to secular music since Jan 31st. I haven’t been able to go out to the store for myself without thinking of anyone else. My love for people has gone beyond appearances. Before I began my intentional journey I was so shallow. Now I’m all about matters of the heart. I’ve repented of every activity that caused be have shame guilt or uncleanliness. God won’t let me go back either. He never leaves or forsake any of us, he’s always waiting for us to return to him.
