I am indebted to THE YOGA INSTITUTE ever since my dad visited it when I was a child. My dad would always praise Hansaji. I attended a satsang too by her. I follow all the asans by you. Hello ma'am I was use to watching you program in Television when I was in school ( middle school) The way you teach or explain us that is awesome जब International day start हुआ तब भी मैं ने आप को ढूँढा आप नहीं मिले पर आज अचानक आप मुझे you tube पर मिले @thank God @ आप television पर उस समय बहुत अच्छे से बताते थे

The first two asanas I can do, but not the third one, I have osteoarthritis on my knees, so I can’t seat down on the floor , but I will try the two first ones, I like it , thank you 😊 very much!!

I will do the first two . The third one will not be possible as I am not flexible enough I have knee problem. I am over weight also. Thanks for the video.

Guru Hansaji, So excited to finally come across your channel. I know you recommend walking and I love walking but... after I got a job that required me to remain standing 8 hrs, I developed bone Spurs on my heels, the pain limits me from walking quite a bit. In order to be able to stand at work 45 mins prior starting to work I take 6 or 7 caps of an over the counter painkiller. Each cap has 500 mg of aspirin (a blood thinner) and 32.5 mg of caffeine. 4 hrs later as I start my brake, I take 4 more painkillers. Please help?

Itni easy and slow exercise se waist reduce nhi hoti... One has to work hard and do rigorous workout... incorporating with proper diet for weight loss in overall body.. not just the waist Good explanation though

It does work, but takes time. You have to do daily. Yoga gives slow n steady results.
