Agree all your 5 points. Most of the working people it's not possible. Breakfast in a hury very little. Lunch box small quantity and they eat heavy dinner late once it is ready. May be @ 9.00pm Or 9.30pm

Very nice informative video. The steps which you have mentioned are very useful. My own suggestion is to be totally vegetarian, no smoking and no alcohol. Reading or listening daily Sri Vishnu Sahasra Nama will make you happy and life is top excellent with good health and good thoughts. Thanks for your nice information madam.

Thanks for your valuable advice doctor. I am 63 years. If I take dinner only fifty percent of my stomach (actually I tried so many times) I don't get immediate sleep after I go to bed. I feel brisk and alert for hours together. Only when I eat more than the average quantity, some sort of inertia felt in me leading to sleep. How to solve this problem doctor ?

Every one wants to follow but telling is easy doing is hard i work from 1 to 9pm how can I eat by 8pm and go for walk..and by the time i reach home it's late and I'm totally tired..being a doctor it's easy to maintain balance not like us who work in shifts. PRACTICALLY ITS NOT POSSIBLE IN WHICH OFFICE THEY ALLOW TO EAT WHILE WORK..I DONT KNOW. SO LETS. BE PRACTICAL AND LEAD A HEALTHY AND HAPPY LIFE
