All r right meditation both at morning before , exercise yoga morning taking min. Drinking water , walking nearby at Night, sometimes within premises ...diverts sometimes early go to bed ...due to automatic work pressure ..still maintain normal timing ...as it is not my hand...anyhow rest due have to modify n correct Thanks very good for reminder ...❤
Thanks a ton for your divine guidance. I follow most of above all but first two I can't follow as being gynecologist I come to my home at 8Pm then I cook so by the time 10 pm I took dinner and then I do meditation 1hr so I miss night walk but I will improve my faulty way

God bless u for ur goid advises ,i am gollowing all except brushing teetg whic i will start it from today But these rules i can do only a 5days in a weak only , because i have to goout with my family members 2days in a weak ,so skipping frim my routine which that i dont know how to handle it . Early dinner should be before 7pm is good naaaaa Madam. Night walk also finish 9am and before going to bed brushing teeth and have bath also good ❤❤❤❤❤
I used to sleep late as i am working women i came from office by 6.45pm then i have my old parents who are looked by servant, after i came servant will leave iwant to prepare firstly tea and give them with snacks then i wash my lunch box allthat and immediately prepare night food by 7.30 then i have my prayers bithing washing and if possible have my small 5 minute exercise and have night cleaning by heartfullness 7:33 meditation method, the time will probably reach to 8.45pm. Next igave food firstly tomy old parents and have ours by 9.30 pm only. Then i wash and clean kitchen and want to prepare my patents especially my mother for sleep by oiling her leg putting napkins doing small exercising prepare her bed all that. Madam after for rest i use some facebook upto 11.30 or so. After that i am totally tired of a days hectic schedule and i sleep upto morning 6 am. Went to kitchen after a small meditation. I am following a bad routine mam how can i change it. Now a days i am feeling tired and have joint pains and vertigo issues. Can you please suggest some methods to over come all these. I am watching almost all your videos. I am malayali., working government sector.
