Zack do you think with the advancement in AI, bookkeepers will soon be replaced? Don't you think these softwares will soon classify and reconcile on their own? I just started my bookkeeping biz and am feeling very discouraged.

Zack, I understand that, if client has few entities, you need to sign client agreement for each of the entity. Correct?

I usually only have my Client sign one agreement. But it might be a good idea to get a client agreement for each company.

I haven’t taken a real vacation in 4 years, but that’s only because I’m crazy and I don’t like traveling. You could do it, just bring your laptop and spend 1 hr per day checking emails 😁

Hi Zach! Thanks for the great content. I'm trying to get a realistic expectation for: on average, what is the timeframe from initial consultation to client paying initial invoice? Also, how many initial consultations do you have in a week with potential clients? Out of those, how many become clients? Thanks!

Hi Zach! I really appreciate your content, insight, and story. It is very inspiring; I plan on taking the deep dive in the next month or two. Quick question, I noticed on your site (and mentioned in the video) the 3-tiered pricing system for your packages. Is that new? Or you do still quote at $3 per transaction + additional services? I ask hypothetically wondering if you have ever had a $500+ client, based on $3 a transaction, request the $300 package. How do you navigate the difference? Or do you feel offering the tiered packages “offset” (win some, lose some) these kinds of situations? Thanks again for all that you do! Hopefully I can return the favor by sharing my bookkeeping success story with you in the future!

The prices on my website are just a rough ball park, the quote still always depends on the number of transactions
