Back in 2009, we produced a self-published DVD on 3-strand rope splicing covering a range of splices, and splicing-related knots, tapers, whipping, and other finishing techniques.
We thought that, now that we're back from our short (7 year!) RU-vid hiatus, that we'd make the individual videos available on our channel.
The videos were all filmed during the winter of 2008/2009 while living aboard our boat in Port Credit, Ontario. You can hear the creaking of the dock lines and the occasional interjection from Charlie, our cockatoo, so it definitely has a sailboat main-saloon sort of ambiance :)
Below is a list of the videos that are part of the series. I'll add them to our channel in three batches over the course of a week or so and will create a playlist so that they're easy to find.
