My grandson has been type 1 diabetic since age 8. He father died at age 47. He had a heart attack and 2 stents ro the Lad. No insurance missed work 2 places come against him and being able to work due to health , hospital and having to fix his blood sugars
I wish you were representing me many years ago My insurance company settled for less than one year's salary even though my coverage was supposed to be 70% of my earnings. I paid into the policy for many years. Disgustingly greedy.

😂I never asked my dr to write false or inaccurate report. He just did. Same with #2. It was a physical therapist that sent me back to work and it was a complete lie I was well enough. My dr/specialist was also a WCB dr. And the PT was being paid by them. btw, I'm just being ironic.

Where I live claims to be “fully accessible” but only 1 of the 12 building doors are in fact accessible. Myself and other tenants have disabilities that require automatic doors. I am at a women’s shelter in ontario. Can you point me in the direction of how we can get the building updated because the director and the board haven’t taken actions for years?

If your Dr sends a letter of requested medical information to your company stating that you cannot return to work in the near future up to and including 6 months, is your company able to terminate your position based on that information? I am on long term disability. Also, can the disability company then terminate coverage as well? Thank you for any help with this requested information.
Never forget that you have the Human Rights Tribunal if the Labour Board doesn’t work. I can’t get into details but let’s just say companies do NOT want to be known as human rights violators so if your case has merit, keep that in mind. Highly likely they will pay but how much depends a lot on your negotiation skills and leverage. A company never wants to lose a Tribunal hearing or even have the public know they are in one so they are more inclined to pay. Do your research...again, unfortunately (or fortunately) I can’t get into details!
