Have you ever heard of a media kit? I didn’t know just how important it was to have a media kit was until a few years ago when a friend told me about the importance of having one. It wasn’t until after learning how to pitch better and getting more replies from brands, I was asked for a media kit. It sounded interesting and after a little research, I figured it out.
What Is A Media Kit?
A media kit is a bloggers resume. You would never go on a job interview without your resume would you? This is how important the media kit is for the newbie blogger. Your media kit will be valuable to you until your audience grows so large that brands know you before you introduce yourself.
