Thank you for explaining, not just only showing the movement, but also explaining what not to do and what muscles to activate. My brain simply is not wired to automatically understand what muscles should work I only see the movement and I try to replicate it by any means and bad forms. Much appreciated

Interesting to see. I was doing the Open last Saturday and could not do the t2b in a proper way. I am going to train this tomorrow and see what it feels.
Thanks I think we need more practice to kip since we are naturally swing our feet when we do this. The pressing on hand is a good point. Will definitely try that today. Wish me luck😊
there is a third position hollow with high kneetuck. All in all better not to do the crossfit cheat of this exercise but to slowly progress in only strict vertical T2B. that is the only way to develop immense Abs.
The 1st tip is that the exercise IS a kip. This is the essence of cross fit. If you want serious core strength take momentum out of the equation instead of playing patty cake during the set.
Typical CrossFit swinging. 🤣 This is not how to do a leg raise/feet to bar. Your supposed to do it slowly and controlled without swinging, this will not build strength.
