That is something I keep close-to-the-vest and only share with my Proteges. We spend hundreds of thousands each year in marketing costs to locate off-market sellers and are always running split tests to fine tune and come up with new ways to do it. Sharing that information to the general public would saturate those techniques with competition and render them ineffective; so not only would it hurt us, but it would hurt all the viewers too.

oFF MARKET is something all Real Estate Guru's want to sell you .. but I must say IF YOUR NOT SAVVY enough to know where to find them.. you would not know what to do with one once you have found it. Study online for free > Building Codes, Business Law and Contract Law, Real Estate Law and Common Business Practice, Simple Construction Basics for Residential and / or for Commercial ( quite different ) .. and Accounting FIRST !! oR.. YOUR gonna be left in the dust by other investors that did invest in this learning.. eh ? Don't like what I am advising means one thing.. you want to make tons of Money in the REal estate biz.. without any work.. that will not work for anyone.. even if you have a " Rich Uncle" as you will get ripped off and lose anything you already have in Bankrupcy.. or worse !
