3 Types of Magnet Motors - Full Video 

Your video is very interesting and well explained. I was impressed by what you have discovered about magnet configurations. I met Howard Johnson (HoJo). In the late 1970's and early 1980's I worked as an applications engineer for a DC permanent magnet motor manufacturer. During that time about a dozen engineers were invited to a private demonstration HoJo was giving with the intent that we make an offer to purchase and produce his technology. He demonstrate several configurations of linear motors, but none were longer than a few feet. The rotary motors he demonstrated did not have a rigidly mounted stator. Instead, HoJo only demonstrated rotation by holding the stator in his hands (which were very wobbly from the forces induced and most of us suspected he was inadvertently adding energy to the system to maintain rotation). When we ask him why he didn't have a ridged stator to show rotation without human intervention he said very cavalierly (I paraphrase), "Well, it's obvious that it will turn continuously once the stator is mounted". Well it was not obvious to me or most of my co-workers. Here was a man who had been working this technology for many years and even had patents in this area. The main impression left to me, was of a man who knew that he had not achieved what he wanted, but believed that with just a bit more resources it could be done. For nearly 30 years I've watched HoJo become a legend. I've seen many videos of magnetic motors running, but I've never seen one actually run in my presence. I'm not saying it can't be done, but just that it remains unlikely. How long have you been working on this? How close have you come to success? Have you ever personally witnessed a working magnetic motor?

This is great! I gave up playing around with Johnson's track design because I couldn't find anymore information on it. This was about 5 years ago. I learned enough about what he was doing through the "energy from the vacuum" video series to continue experimenting but couldn't find the time. However, now that I'm almost a certified machinist it will make building set-ups much easier and more accurate. You've given me a lot more to chew on through this video as well. Thank you.

This is an outstanding video, I feel inspired to study magnets in more detail now. I wanted to mention, for those who come across this comment, another method of making a magnetic motor. The "Inverted Lenz's Law" method. An electric generator may be fashioned with generator coils that have too many windings (very high inductance). Inductance is also a measure of "delayed current flow." If your magnetic rotor is spinning faster than the time delay of the inductor to build current, then you get inverted Lenz's law. So far though, I've never seen anyone put this effect to practical use.

My grandpa spent his life working towards an efficient mag motor and he (Henry Lifferth) was a smart man that created patents used on the Boeing's 787 long since his passing. Recently I've started going thru his journals and I found it funny that one of his side notes, he commented outta frustration and said magnets are like unruly children....and I get it. Electric Generator Design that's powered by it's self once it gets going & perpetuates more electrical current then is needed for it to run continuously on it's own. Step 1: Calculate how much energy you need pumped into an electric motor to make a vertically positioned circular platter with magnets in-bedded horizontally around it's left side and right side (so there pushing force is pushing out sideways relative to the vertically spinning disc) to spin as fast as you need it to. Also better to make sure these magnets are shielded around their sides & back with metal that has high permeability so the magnetic field they are emitting is focused fully out sideways. :D Step 2: Calculate how many sets of copper coils you need to be interacting with magnetic fields to achieve this & to perpetuate more electrical current flow then is needed. :D Step 3: Build a round horizontally positioned platter covered in all these copper coils pointed down that does not move (Is stationary) :D Step 4: Build a round platter covered in powerful magnets pointed up that can spin and place it directly under platter with hanging copper coils. :D Step 5: Position the vertical platter that is motorized close to the horizontally positioned platter covered in magnets pointing up so that when the vertically positioned platter spins the in-bedded horizontally positioned magnetic fields slam sideways against the edge of the horizontally positioned platter causing it to spin. :) Step 6: Make sure enough of the copper coils are feeding their electrical current into the electric motor and the rest of the copper coils are linked into a set of rechargeable Battery's placed in the closest most convenient spot. Step 7: Build a duplicate setup of horizontally positioned discs with hanging copper coils and disc with upwards facing magnets and assuming the first set of discs are positioned to the front left side of vertical spinning disc, position the other duplicate structures to the front right, the back left and the back right of the vertically positioned motorized disc. As the vertically positioned motorized disc spins the horizontally in-beaded magnets will now hit into all 4 horizontally positioned discs causing them to spin. so you will effectively be using the spin of one disc powered by one electric motor to spin 4 constructs that are each generating electrical current. now build this whole setup multiple times over and use the current perpetuated by it to power up scaled electromagnetic generators that are equal to or more powerful than the ones used in a nuclear power plant. You will now have a device that is self perpetuating off of it's own electrical current perpetuation and no nuclear waist to worry about. Here is the reason why my device does work. You see even tho the more electrical load you impose on a system ends you up with greater back emf hindering your devices ability to move and generate current, there is a way to work around this. My device multiplies the amount of mechanical motion that is taking place because of the 1 motor. On top of that, it eliminates any extra resistance that could have been imposed on the motor by making the other wheels spin by having the magnetic fields hit the rotating discs the way I described. You see, the vertically positioned disc connected to the motor is perpetuating the spinning of at least 4 main discs that are spinning magnets at no extra effort on it's own part because as it spins around powered by the motor, it is the horizontally positioned magnets that are shielded by high permeability metal that are using their magnetic push out sideways to force the other horizontally positioned discs to spin. So even tho each of those 4 discs spinning are somewhat hindered by the back emf it does not change the inescapable fact that each disc is perpetuating the flow of current in the copper coils above them and the amount of electrical current being perpetuated between all 4 discs is greater then the amount of electrical current the motor needs to run at max potential. It is called over unity and the extra electrical current the motor does not need can be fed into larger more elaborate electric generators. Imagine 12 of these designs contributing to the power needs of a much more powerful design (Probably electromagnetic) that is utilizing this same idea of multiplying the number of horizontally positioned discs that spin because of the motion of one powerful motor spinning a vertically positioned disc cleverly positioned so that it spins at least 4 other discs at a much higher velocity because of it's more powerful design. In short its all about multiplying what the first motors disc is interacting with & second, up scaling the design to more powerful designs that utilize the same principles.

Theoretically well explained the Magnetic forces to understand. it may help the new inventors to make permanent magnetic motor, rather complicated but much useful. hats off to you. keep up your good work.

The one thing I didn't see attempted here is what I can only describe as an unbalanced infinitely cascading spiral . This could only be tested with a cylindrical test rig . The outer cylinder would have a spiraled pattern of magnets that would encounter a pulling and pushing pattern of magnets on the core . Some degree of pushing and pulling would always be occurring at several points of the spiral as the core turned . I have no means of testing this idea in my situation but , I'm certain it would function . Starting and stopping would have to be achieved by splitting the outer cylinder apart , increasing distance .

The three types of magnetic motors are: 1. Those that simply don't work because they need "fine tuning" (model Howard Johnson) 2. Those that are working perfectly and just need some patents, certificates, shoeshine etc. before starting serial production in the next month (model Yildiz/Infinity SAV) 3. Those that are working and ready but you can't buy because you are unworthy or the company only sells the "produced energy" or the motors developed anti-gravity and flew away (model John Searl)

What if the rail was wavy? Up and down? So we can push the cart move forward each time the rail was changing. But I still have an idea for a magnet piston. -by changing the polarity while the piston already enough close or using electric magnet that generated by the pulser it should at least close to 80+%

Let me start by saying i am not an engineer or a scientist. I am looking to learn more about these three systems. most importantly in building them. What would you recommend for a novice like myself.

Being an experimenter you must have some investigation in the use of mixed magnets between Permanent and electromagnetic. I think a mix is in order to both complement and inhibit flux density to overcome and provide control elements for speed and torque control.

Instead of playing with magnets, first do the math. You cannot get net energy out of any permanent magnetic system. Hours saved. Freshman level.

Are you sure it's endless power? One factor for magnetic deterioration is the presence of prolonged opposite magnetic field. Magnets here keep attracting and repulling each other. Won't their magnetism deteriorate over time?

Would it be possible to attach a gearing system to produce enough RPMs (Would have to have the torque first) to spin a generator to create useable electricity?

NEWS FLASH for the UK. The new five pound plastic notes have been found contain animal fats, some believe they are a type of Pig fats and Vegetarian shops across the UK are refusing to handle them. Apparently there are different types of Pigs fat, that found in Bacon in different to that found in Pork or Ham and most of these are used in other foods.

I think that people expect too much of magnets as we know them but he was mixing polarity to gain constant movement magnets as made have north/south poles with no pull midway. He proposed mixed magnets to cancel negative reactions or dead spots he's onto something.. Magnets as a product need to be designed to create this balance even if it was not completely successful it would improve other motor design because circuits of wire would not need to handle the full load so efficiency would go up. a plus.

I think it is possible to make Perpetual Motion using a Geared Variant of some of these. Basically.... As the drive gear spins the Opposing magnents are 'Geared' to push the magnent around and a round, due to this it can't stop once started. However it is hard to type my full idea out.... but when I tell people, they keep saying "Thermal Dynamics" so I tell them. "Cooling System" as a way to counter that....

How did he receive a patent on something that didn't work? Did they issue patents for everything back then? Does the patent office still do that or is it different now from all the backlash and complaints of people trying to patent something that didn't work in the past?

Brilliant video you are indeed digging deep, Not that I'm any kind of expert but couldn't the movement of the cart be used to generate electricity briefly between permanent magnets? Maybe I'm just nuts. Perhaps a mixture of magnetic force generating movement converted to electromagnatic force to provide propulsion. Like I said maybe I'm nuts.

What about putting a spring code enough to the magnet car tat the car does not come to a stop but bounces back and forth from the magnetic force?

It's not all to have a motor that can produce work. It also have to be compatible with nature's flow, if it's to be produced at a mass scale. Otherwise, it would produce damage to the unified field, which is a magnetic field. The catch & release is a far better option than the repel mode motor, as it is compatible with te universal flow of nature.

but with an eltro magnet assembly functioned with computer timing anything could be possible. a program using timing force magnetic pull and push could keep it going, a two spiral gear assembly with separate spines in a vacuum could move powering it self for years! just takes that knowledge on how to make it work. right?

I hate seeing how people are jumping to conclusions about this "Free energy" bullshit. This video is about the magnets and how to make them spin for a long time. Magnetic forces aren't as simple as they seem and eventually need to stop whether its due to air friction, or other variables including magnetic decay. therefore making the "free energy" theory a long shot. Stuff sounds good on paper, obviously, but if things were indeed this simple it would have been solved long ago. Still good video though, helped me make a nice magnet toy for my adhd.

The problem is that we have to input more energy to a engine to make it work for utilities, we born more fossil fuels for a small amount of work either because of the heat dissipation friction machine inefficiency. For magnets momentum push and pull lock in or piston style is the very few way to make a self sustaining magnetic engine

The primary objective now should be directed toward the development of speed and torque. These are the areas which will prove weather or not such systems can produce useful work and be valuable enough to mass produce in the future.
