Welcome to the Everest Kettlebell Complex.
This is great as a part of a heavy kettlebell workout and one of many kettlebell complexes for muscle you can do on my channel.
Shown is with Double Kettlebells, but you can do single on both sides. It's easily adjustable. Just ask me in the comments below.

Setup:
Deadlift - Clean- Rack Squat- Jerk- Overhead Squat. = 1 cycle
Can be done for really heavy singles for strength, 0:46
Multiples of 3-5 cycles of heavy bells (5 goals) for strength endurance. 2:10
or 2 cycles every minute for EMOM of 15- 30 minutes with a light to medium weight. 3:40

Double OH squat isn't going to happen for me (shoulders). What is good substitute for that in this complex?

Overhead lunge but if you can't, the rack squats or lunge.

I only have doubles of 12kg bells, would doing the EMOM for 30 minutes give the intended stimulus. I'm nowhere as strong as you so if the 16's gave you a good workout I home 8kg less for me will be just as hard or harder.

I think yuoull like it. Try it for 10 or so minutes first with 12kg or so. Then add time. Once you know how it feels.

@@kettlebellmusclegain just finished it. I did the full 30 minutes. That was wonderfully terrible lol. I’m going to watch your fix OHS video because mines is atrocious due to mobility or lack there of. Thanks for the challenge!
