I have to say I like that second bag a lot. I couldn’t see how you made it. And I like how you doubled it up like a hat. Great ideas to repurpose socks.
I have kept all my old clothes, including wool outfits for a business type job thinking I would make cat pads out of them, which you have reminded me of my goals because my clothes are old and used and not good for donations. Who doesn’t need bags the library needs really big bags when I stock up on a subject of books .
Agreed. I save all of mine too and it’s a big pile but hopefully one day I will use them all up and put them all to use again. Good luck & I hope you can use all of yours too. Good thinking for the cat pads
Lol! I enjoyed this “tutorial”. It’s a great way to upcycle especially when you have that one brand new sock you used once and like WHERE THE CRAP IS YIUR PARTNER?!? Like my girls I wear mismatched socks.
Ohh yeah I see what you mean. I didn’t cut these up because some were really thin and i wanted the double layer for extra strength. I would try that for other uses tho
