30-DAY FIT: Day 9 - 💪 Today, we’re focusing on a UPPER BODY workout. For the next 30 minutes, we’ll power through 10 unique exercises, repeated 3 times. Each exercise will challenge you for 45 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Remember to listen to your body, take breaks as needed, and adjust your speed accordingly. Get ready to push your limits and feel the burn!
Workout Breakdown:
Warm-Up (3 minutes)
1. Chest Press
2. Decline Chest Press
3. Bent Over Row
4. Renegade Row
5. Shoulder Press
6. Upright Row
7. Bicep Curls
8. Hammer Curls
9. Triceps Overhead Extensions
10. Lying Triceps Extensions
REPEAT x 3
Cool-Down (2-5 minutes)
- Upper body stretches
Workout Structure:
- Perform each exercise for 45 seconds.
- Rest for 20 seconds between exercises.
- Complete as many sets as possible within the 30-minute timeframe.
- Adjust weights and intensity based on your fitness level.
- Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each exercise.

- Body weight
- 20lbs Dumbbell x 2
- 30lbs Dumbbell x 2
- Mat
