You look absolutely fantastic. I’ve done juice fasting before, with much success.It’s amazing how the body loves it. I’m just starting a big 100 day juice fast. Wish me strength to preserve. ❤❤

I’m starting a juice fast for the month of June, last year I did just watermelon for 30 days. This year I decided I’m going to incorporate different fruits, veggies, and herbal teas. I’m so excited and nervous lol
Everyone be careful after juicing not to go back to old eating habits you will gain more than you lost. Eat a wholes foods diet free from processed and junk foods. Eat healthy alternatives to what you love.
True for the most part. I went vegan and continued to lose even when eating a large bag of potato chips a night. Lost 70lbs in a year. It would have been faster I’m sure without those chips tho 🤣 It’s the inflammation that’s a real metabolism killer. I was mostly WFPB with some less healthy foods and snacks now and then but still pretty much daily I would have something less healthy, especially (vegan) chocolate.
Day 5 for me already feeling the benefits more energy I can see my abs coming back in I feel better in general ❤ I’m super blown away yakhi was the one who’s really educated me on the subject and Iv been researching like a mad man ever since…

Thanks for this video ! I’m on day 2 and it’s getting easier I haven’t felt hungry at all today . Like u said just drink the juice 🥤 when u get hungry and you’ll be fine . I find this much easier and more filling than eating the fruits whole . I’ve tried both .
I’m next in line . Did like 10 bottles juiced and ready to go . I literally only drink 4 / 5 bottles in one day to stay full . Nd they’re like 12 oz bottles , plus of course water and I’m good to go.

I'ma keptival only because of complexion from the before n after eyes look more slanted idk maybe I had to many shots but then again fruit does change skin for better health
So what’s the plan? Are you going to continue because if you go back to eating food the weight is probably coming back? These tricks work maybe for an event but to keep it off you will need to do it for the rest of your life 😊
