Dude, you by far created the best mod on CK3. I haven't played CK3 in a couple years, but seeing this mod here made me install the game and your mod and start playing tall! I'm an EU4 player and bloody hell i wish there was an option for a better map and having the opportunity to have mods like yours in the game.
Did you know there's a space mod that anyone can use for separate modding projects so in the future you might see some Star Wars or Dune mods For Crusader Kings 3😊
If there is anything I carried over from Sims to Crusader Kings, there’s two things. I. An addiction to mods. (My sims mods folder is 31 GB large, mostly custom clothes and hairs.) II. Having too many kids.
Yeah that’s why I’m not good at ck3, the meta is to disinherit/remove any kid that you don’t want to be your successor, meanwhile I’m here dividing land between them and making them kings and queens
@@RyokoEarth its actually easy to have one heir to all your titles, just need to add feudal elective to both your duchies and your kingdom/empire , that way your heir get all your land, you can have all children you want. That way you can also choose anyone to be your heir, your grandchild, great grandchild, niece etc etc
Damn completely forgot about that one! With this list i want to keep updating the steam workshop anyway, will try add this and Morebookmarks+ and just create a new video every 6 or so months with the updated list, hopefully make a massive modlist eventually haha
Great to see you're back with new videos. Glad you were able to take a break and refresh. A really useful video as my mod list is half broken at the moment and needs a massive tidy up. I think I'll just go with this list for a bit as it seems fantastic.
Crusader Wars is a huge mod that allows you to fight your CK3 battles in Total War: Attila if you choose. It carries over the troop types, numbers, experience/skill levels etc from CK3. And it even has you fight on the exact piece of land. You just click a button when a battle starts in CK3, it opens up the Total War: Attila game, you fight the battle, then it opens CK3 back up and updates it with the actual results of the battle
Awesome mod list. I appreciate the load order link, too. Someone mentioned great empire wars already. How about More Interactive Vassals from the same modder. It comes with several features that can tweaked in game rules. Factions can actually be dangerous with it. Your vassals will choose sides in civil wars, depending on whether they like you more or the faction leader. If you have a vassal that is allied with an invading enemy kingdom, they might betray you and join your enemy. Also great empire wars is already a feature of this mod, so I wonder if there any differences. I turned it off to avoid late game lag. I was using all the same mods as you excluding headhunters, cities of wonder, and medieval art. I had no issues with crashes, and I'm in late medieval. I'm playing on version 1.11.2. The only mod that i have that's not on your list is the Warden Vassal Contract.

A must have first me is also the more tradition slots mod, I know it makes the game even easier but with more slots your cultures are more unique while min maxxing. Like a culture that has every tradition related to deserts.
Oh my GOD thank you so much for this video! I love modding my ck3 games but Im so bad at finding the best ones and have them all work! You even included some of my own favs like the relationship expansion; one game I killed one of my rivals and found out that the person had another rival that loved that, invited them to court bc of the social approval modifier and then we fell in love/ got married. Best sim of all time 🤣🤣🤣
This might be a dumb question, but how do you know which version of CK3 these mods work with? I'm pretty new to PC gaming and CK3 and my first few attempts at using mods resulted in compatibility issues resulting in the mods not working correctly.
I know that your message is a month old, but since I don't know if you still need help, I prefer to do this message just in case. When you are on the steam page of a mod, you can see when it was updated for the last time. If you know when was the last major update of the game, then you can easily know if it work or no ( for example, if a mod was lastlty updated the 13 of december and the last major update was the 1 of january, then it won't work. Don't take those numbers into account, it's just for example ). With minor update tho it generally still work. On Paradox game you can see on the launcher as well. If you have an outdated mod in your playlist, you will have a little orange symbol saying that you have mod that is not for the right version of the game. The thing with that is : it take every update into account, even minor patches. So a mod "outdated" for the launcher can still function if it was updated for the last major update of the game. I hope everything is understandable until now, if not don't hesitate to tell me I will try to answer the best of my ability, knowing that english is not my mother tongue. There is something else, the load order is really important, aswell as the compatibility with each mod. Read the description, usually they will talk about compatibility and incompatibility with other mods, and they will say if you need to put them in a certain load order. After that, if you have a lot of mods, you have to take everything I said into account and try. It can take some times to find the perfect load order, but there is no other way when you have a lot of mods. I would love to see a comparison video on visual mods that change the map colors, UI, map textures, court positions, MAA etc. They don't change gameplay for those that enjoy vanilla

Is there a mod to make accloades not as clunky? Although knight manager helps a little its just very annoying have to constantly replace knights - spend prestige then the long cool down having to wait to get a replacement.
Hi, i'm relatively new to CK3 (i know, i know...).. i'm really getting into this now but i've only really been playing the base game (i have all the official DLC also). I now want to add Mods to my game, and i just thought i'd add your list. So i was thinking i'd just go to steam and get all your mods listed here, but the the question i have is, i keep seeing people saying 'in the correct load order'. What does that mean?
Yeah it was 2nd in the load order, but completely missed that Cities of Wonder 3 includes a similar mechanic, didnt seem to cause any issues with it being there but wasnt needed! But will keep updating the modlist overtime too!
would love a rice deep dive. But tbh yours and a few others are amazing to watch afk while I play CK3. anything long form that's also interesting are awesome.
you know what would be really cool to do in ck3 if they make battle or wars like total war 3 kingdoms wear you can control your army or fight with then or just watch them fight and see what your player character does
any suggestions on mod that prevent floating window from closing? like when you have one floating window and open another one will close the current window.
i love culture expanded, it doesn't just add all these cultures but also teaches you about them. but sadly it also makes some unnecessary changes as well, like locking the unify italia decision behind christian faiths meaning that you couldn't reinstate the roman empire as hellenics since that decision is a prerequisite for it.
Just downloaded the collection, tried it using the specific load order you put for it. I can get to the menu and bookmark selection screen, but as soon as I hit "play as any ruler" the game crashes. Ideas?
For some rason when I enable this mod pack (and only this mod pack) Everyone is naked, some are wearing crowns and such. any idea how this might happen?
I've seen that happen usually happen because of the community flavor pack or Ethnicities and portraits expanded, Do you have the CFP + EPE Compatibility patch in the correct position? If so could be worth reinstalling both mods and re adding them i've had that work before

ah thats probably why then, when you launch CK3, click on playsets on the left, then click Add more mods and just add all the mods you want, then you will be able to drag them up and down the list, And just order them the exact same way they are on the steam collection page! Hopefully that should sort it out for you!
9:30 I genuinely want to know if CK players know that right clicking any notification flag clears all notifications. I mean there's no way this mod exist AND there aren't so many complaints about a ton of notifications otherwise.
I got super unlucky watching this video, update happened days after you posted this, some mods up to date and some haven’t been updated yet and for the life of me I can’t get the playlist to work. Guess I’ll try again in a few weeks
RICE and VIET are awesome mods, but I have to give a huge shout out to Muslim Enhancements. Especially after the Iranian intermezzo release, it makes playing in that part of the world especially a ton of fun.
Quick Question... I'm using this mod list.... and now my 5 speed is actually slower than before! Does anyone know which one of these mods, may be causing my 5 speed to be so slow (it's going at around 4 speed). I also have a population mod which decreases the overall pop to make it run faster, but its still slow. I have a high end PC so... I feel it has to be one of the mods
Hey, I downloaded your mods and deleted the ones from the mod list that were said to be outdated and not 1.1.4 compatible but even so, my game crashes when I attempt to start it up. Could you help me please?
There's also a great mod called muslims enhanced which improves playing as muslims and make them more accurate and there is also more regional innovation
a lot of these mods have "This mod is made for another version of the game (1.11.2)[sometimes 1.11.3.* or 1.11.2.*] which is weird as the video is 2 days old. Any help? The only DLC I have is Garments of the HRE. Could that be it?
The game updated about 3 ish hours ago adding the north African attire dlc, so version changed but that update shouldnt break any mods so it all should still work fine, and about DLC im not actually too sure if some mods do require it not something i thought about but will have a look!

I very much prefer Cities of Wonder 2 to 3. 3 makes it so every city can be a city of Wonder and if you never play past 1200 I can see the appeal but the Cities of Wonder feel a lot less wondrous when everyone can have them anywhere. Does 3 even have the game rule to limit the number of Metropolises you can own?
I used this playset for a while and it used to work fine. as of today it does not work anymore. after some troubleshooting i figured out that the "Unofficial patch" mod makes the game crash. try to launch the game without it.
Greetings! Thanks for all your work ❤ Does anyone have experience with those mods on multiplayer campaigns? We are a group of friends lovin roleplaying ck3 campaigns together. But, probably because of lacking experience havin always trouble with modded multiplayer campaigns.
not in this mod list mainly as its the one ill be using for all my videos, so nothing too major, although 100% will be in other lists I make, easily one of my favorite mods in the game, The Actual steam workshop collection will keep being updated either way though so ill probably try to add it soon
