today will be another super sweaty DB Cardio Sesh - first time All Standing and with light weights at the same time.
Don't get fooled. 😝
I am using 2x 2kg for your reference. You can also use Bottles or No weights and it yet will be efficient.
As always, focus on yourself - make every single workout your own challenge.
There are always ways to modify, such as slowing down, resting more, no jumping switching or dropping your weights for example.

I used 5 lb db set and I ABSOLUTELY loved this! 30 min flew by I would love more of these light weight standing cardio! It adds the little extra work into a regular no equipment cardio without overbearing the body! I loved it! Active cal 230! Thank you!

Kreativität wie immer Top. Habe auch was gefunden, was je 2 kg wiegt. Da Du mir zu viel gesprungen bist, habe ich das ganze auf dem Trampolin vollzogen. , war für mich eine persönliche Herausfoderung war, das ich sonst ohne Gewichte Trampolin springe. Hat mega Spass gemacht.👏🏼👍🏼😍

I've been working out by video's since the 80's, and this is my #1 favorite. Now that I'm in my 60's and have very bad knees (absolutely cannot get on my knees on the floor), I easily modify for my knees and still get a hard workout in and a big sweat going. I love this workout, thank you!

Absolutely awesome! I don't have a set of 2kg weights but I have 3kg and above so that's what I used. Made some of the exercises really difficult but I loved it. Did it with my kids but of course they did it without the weights. We all had fun. Tysm!

@@fitness__kaykay hi. I've just done about 4 of your workouts. Like I said just found you a few days ago. I love how you do a warm up too. Forgot to mention that after I said how I love the cooldowns. I have been exercising with Sydney Cummings on YT for 2 yrs & have not been able to find anyone else I like. Super excited to have you now. Thank you :)). Do you post a workout weekly or bi-weekly?

Smashing, very good the suggestion of 2x2 kgrs dumbells helped following 100 percent the flows, liked the balance orientation of the flows the timing was fantastic and the balance between HIIT and cardio was perfect. Please more 🙏 on this class direction. Thank you 👏 😊
