This is only 30mins but very effective and attractive. It needs only small space and apartment friendly. I love the movements. Please make more this kind of exercise!
I have been missing dance so much because I haven’t had a class since before Nutcracker. I wanted to kinda warm my body back up because we go back Monday, and THIS WAS SO GOOD. I was sweating so much I went to grab a towel and water during the break. Because I’m a dancer, I think focusing on what we do in ballet really made me work harder, but thank you for this!
I just found this channel for the same reason! Wasn't in the mood for my usual high-impact HIIT cardio and wanted to try something new. I've been rewatching Dance Moms for the hundredth time and thought a ballet-based workout could be fun, since I used to dance ballet as a child and did competitive cheer! I was not prepared for how much this burned such specific muscles or for how I was drenched by the end haha. I'll be subscribing and adding this to my routine on days where I feel low-energy.

I am crazy over this workout! I have dreams of getting into ballet as a young woman(I'm in my early 20's), so this workout makes me feel inspired. It's definitely a challenge, and it nearly triggered my asthma with some of the fast/jumpy movements lol, but it was the most fun I've had in a while. I kept whoopin n hollerin when i felt the burnt and it was super exciting. I loved it none the less. This made me realize how low my endurance is, and also the fact that my equilibrium/balance is total off. I kept falling all over the place, especially because my core and ankles aren't strong and stable. AMAZING WORKOUT! This will be one of my go-to's from now on.
I never thought I would do your videos as I mainly do strength training. I tried a couple for fun and I absolutely love them. All of them. Even the stretching videos which are outstanding. Thank you for your incredible channel ❤. Im excited to do this one ❤

Thank you so much for the workouts you upload on RU-vid, dear Eleni. I sometimes lack time to do them during the week, but I always try to do as many trainings as possible at the weekend. Noticeably, I become much happier and simply more cheerful after every workout, which brings me joy and acceptance of my own body and self. It may sound strange, but I finally get the feeling that I really want to live after carrying out a workout with you. This workout is simply divine! I normally avoid workouts that have jumps (because I'm lazy). I haven't noticed this one had them, so I went for it and I actually had to jump! And I survived. Thank you, Eleni, and Merry Christmas!

I could not do the one where you were balancing on your side with only the toes and elbow on the ground and then reaching up, but I hope to be able to eventually. This is really challenging, but that's a good thing.
I like it however some postures are not easy, so i lost balance many times. Also i noticed i prefer pilates. Not ballet:) haha! But i feel little muscle works:) thank you.
