Similar to Caroline, some songs the same. I liked the variety of these moves. Sometimes burpees are overdone. Loved the stretching at the end. This was my first KAYKAY WORKOUT, def will do some her weight workouts when done my current program. 🤩❤️🔥💪
Omg now i realize i did’t hate doing cardio, I just never find good cardio that i like. Now i finally found one! Amazing job there! Keep up a good work. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😊
My first time here. I usually do HR or CG workouts but I love doing cardio so have it a go. I really enjoyed it , it kept me interested the whole time and got a 440 calorie burn out of it so what's not to like. I'll have a go at another one tomorrow. Thanks alot

Tried a lot of cardio kickboxing youtube workouts already and this is one of the most fun I did. Love the variety and fun moves. You have some of the most fun moves. Keep it up!
As a former tae-kwon-do athlete, I loved this workout! I've been working out by myself for a few years now, and burpees might be cool for a while, but some kicking and punching will always be the love of my life. I haven't felt this strong for a long time! Thank you for making me feel this way again! Please do more boxing (and in general "fighting style") workouts.
This was super sweaty, intense, tough, but satisfying! Thank you, KayKay, love your energy! Really enjoy boxing elements in my workouts, I find them very effective in strenghtening core muscles, which is my weak area since pregnancy.

This was SO fun! I really really love workouts with surprise finisher!!! Active cal 250. Sweaty sweaty workout and fitness KayKay did an amazing job with a good mixture of kb moves and none kb moves. Loved it!!
Wow. Someone recommended this thru tiktok. I've been wanting to try boxing but I know how demanding it is and while I'm not in the best shape I gave this a try. Aus Prinzip lasse Ich eigentlich die Finger von allen CARDIO BOX Training Videos. Ich habe selber Jahrelang alle Kampfsportarten gemacht und meistens finde ich solche Videos eher peinlich. Aber großes Kompliment an dich !!!! Das ist so gut, dass ich es gleich zwei Mal hintereinander gemacht habe. Mega die Übungen, motivierende Musik und vorallem auch eine saubere Technik 💪🏻 . So macht das Training wieder Spaß🤩. Ich freue mich drauf deine andere Workouts zu testen ❤.
Thankyou for this! I have only a few boxing workouts - I do 7 days a week and I have been between shorter drills / mixing up shorter videos & even though you mention you aren’t a pro boxer - you cover footwork , anaerobic, cardio wonderfully on here ! Excellent !

Loved the workout! Definitely got me sweaty but also had lots of fun at the same time. I love that she paused at some points and even seemed like she had slight cramps. That makes her human! Sometimes I find it hard to relate to other trainers that make working out like a breeze when it’s not true for most of us. I also love the amount of time she allocated to warm up and cool down! Please make more of these videos :)

Cardio Boxing, super!!!! Habe ich so lange nicht mehr gemacht, ich weiß da gab es mal einen richtigen Hype in den Fitness Studios, hat super Spaß gemacht und man kommt echt ins Schwitzen.... Super tolles Abwechslungsreiches Programm von dir, im Moment trainiere ich zu deinen Videos 5x die Woche, und zeitlich passt ja immer irgendein Workout von dir!!!

Das war ein super Workout! Ich mache regelmäßig cardio. Aber es ist immer das gleiche. Ich ziehe mich wie Gummi. Kann mich dazu immer nur sehr schwer aufraffen. Wenn ich mal dabei bin, ist gut. Dann machts Spaß und ich fühl mich danach super. Es war zwar erst das zweite mal, dass ich mit dir trainiert habe, aber das erste mal hatte mich schon so begeistert, dass ich mich dieses mal nicht erst selbst in den Allerwertesten treten musste und ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich mich ab jetzt sogar auf Cardio freuen werde!
