I have never committed to the anyone's workout video until i have seen Oliver's channel .. I absolutely love his workout style i never get bored and he is not talking! Only using that upbeat music which is motivating...

Every morning I awake one of Oliver's HIIT vids are right there in my feed...I just click and complete. I've lost 4lbs this week doing these workouts. The music is great and the alternatives are appreciated as someone with a recovering knee injury.Thank you so much Oliver and keep em coming😁

Great workout. One a couple, such as the last high knees set, I had to go with a lower impact, but I was wearing 4.8 pound ankle weights and at that point I was tired. 364 active calories with an average heart rate of 135bpm. I spent a lot more time in zone three than I am used to, and I think this was good for a fat burning session.

You could also do a few different videos that have a little bit of everything and make it a total of 60 min. I usually do a full body vid and an all standing cardio vid so I get the muscle building and cardio workout.

Great and awesome workout! Full energy and good vibes and great mood. I felt myself in Street Fighter in warrior punch move ( Street Fighter fan here lol) And that jump side to side it is great (almost like a passinho do Saci :) - Always bringing to us new moves and great mood!

This was soooo good, I've been doing workouts with endless lunges and squats and didn't really feel like that again, I needed something different. This was actually really fun! Although I didn't really understand how to do the knee up then kick move or the pyo knee up but muddled through with something that was hopefully similar. You weren't lying about needing a drink bottle and a towel nearby though 😅

I enjoy this workout, but it involves a lot of jumping. I do try to find alternatives, but sometimes it's hard to come up with a good one right away.
