Love this one sooo much. The ball really levels it up and the 8 pound weights add a lot as well. And of course it’s challenging, but oh so fun with the music❤
Loved this! I paired it with one of your older 35 min barre workouts and I feel amazing! I’ve been noticing a big difference in my strength since following you! I think I had hit a plateau and doing your workouts helped change up my routine enough to get me out of that plateau. The variety keeps me on my toes! 😅💪 Thank you!
Thank you Michelle and crew for another amazing workout! We’ve been on the road, so I haven’t been able to do the shred challenge in order, but am LOVING the workouts I’ve done thus far. Any time I’m feeling like I need a break, I push on b/c of you and the crew! You guys rock.
Great workout, did it after the Hiit from today. Kudos to anyone that did it with the ankle weights! I found it tough without! Question Michelle, when y’all were filming did you do this one first or the Hiit? Thanks!
Have ordered a Pilates ball but not yest received :( what can i substitute with as last time i tried my daughters soccer ball which wasn't fully blown still didnt work.
Maybe a rolled up towel or small pillow can fill in for the Pilates Ball. Hopefully you get that ball soon! Everyone in my house loves to use it, or should I say play with it.😅😅😉😉❤❤
