Team, it's time to WORK! 30 min Full-Body Fat-Burning Workout to burn calories and tone all major muscle groups. If you don't have dumbbells, grab some water bottles or anything you have at home to add some extra weight. Let's push our bodies, work hard, and have FUN! Let's do it!!

▸ Equipment: Dumbbells (I used 5kg for your reference)
▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

I liked it, but I don't feel it's a "full body" workout - it was very leg-heavy, but I still appreciated it, but had to add some things in to get the "full body" part

Really enjoyed this workout however, I just couldn’t do the frog exercise. I have a lot of work to do to strengthen my core and gain the confidence to lift my leg off the ground, trust my wrists and arm to carry my weight. I also like that this one includes the warm up and the cool down, Anna and I know you do have these included in a few of your workouts. Thank you for sharing your valuable time to teach us to look after our health.

I struggle with seasonal depression and it is 0 degrees F here in Indiana, but this workout really challenged me and made me feel SO good. It's a fun loving workout. Likewise you exhausted in dumbell workout, looks for heavy weights and intesively doing for 1-2 hours. But anna gave it a nice view in just 30 minutes and you burn so much with even a light weight. Anna great motivation.The most difficult part was the frogstand, hope will able to do someday. It somehow looks like coffee in the morning with anna's workout gives you so much energy booster for the whole day. I used a set of 5 kg dumbells.

Bloody brilliant work-out. Literally got home from traveling, unpacked and did this work-out and it sorted me right out. Pretty intense but the usual full body work-out. I upped my mental game and did the majority of this with my 30Kg weights but dropped down to 20s when I needed to on two occasions. Warm-up, main and stretch in this video. Thank you again Anna. Bonjour Anna, je viens de finir ton workout, c'est super !!! Je t'ai suivi du début à la fin avec des poids de 15 llb lorsque tu es debout et des poids de 10 llb couché sur le tapis 💪🦵💪🦵🔥. J'ai adoré. Un seul que je n'ai pas pu faire, fut celui où je devais mettre mes genou sur mes coudes. Désolé, je crois que je serais tombé ou brisé quelques chose car cet exercice, je n'en ai encore jamais fait . J'ai 70 ans et j'ai fait beaucoup de gym en groupe avec un coach . Maintenant je suis seule chez moi dans ma salle de gym avec des vidéo qui ns donne la chance de poursuivre. Merci beaucoup. Fait le 18 /02/24

Time really crawled during the superman moves! This workout is focused more on lower body and core, i didnt feel much on my upper body. It was still a great sweat at the end! Fitbit: 139bpm avg, 166bpm max, 196cals

love your workouts! sidenote: please check with a trusted physio/PT--pretty sure most will tell you neck rolls (the neck should be stretched in just six directions and the cracking you hear is not good) and russian twists (just too much stress on the lower spine) are contraindicated, especially for "olds" like me. peace!

i always use 2x9 kg for these workouts, and i can definitely agree that the weighted side planks are the hardest. (and thrusters, haha 😅) however, they do help strengthen my balance, so that’s definitely a good thing :) xx

very important topic! It’s important that you rest on a rest day. This means doing lighter activities and varying your training schedule to include active recovery. A rest day allows your body to consolidate the hard work you’ve been doing. Muscles recover, adapt and become stronger and your nervous system has a chance to regenerate ❤️❤️❤️

Another 🔥 workout, Anna! Those frogstands though... my goal is to hold one of those for longer than 2 seconds haha Ended up using 5kg dumbbells. Had to put them down to do the side planks... side planks and burpees are my enemies. 😢
