This class offers a full body mobility routine starting with an energizing warm up, joint mobilization and then some deep full body stretches to help you open up and end with deep relaxation.
I also apply some mobility techniques from my training in FRC/Kinstretch by utilizing end range isometrics for deeper flexibility gains.

Hi Tim, I am always excited to see a new Monday morning video but this one really brought my practice to a whole new level. Never felt such an openess before. Plus the constant detailed directions kept me in the present which is always a struggle. Thank you!

Excellent and noticeable difference in flexibility and mobility. I’m a 30+ year yoga student with Gumby-flexibility but this practice taught opening with strengthening and conscious placement and rotation. So so good!!

The wall was surprisingly helpful and also a bit challenging. My hips and low back had been super tight and sore after a concert, this practice plus a couple of your other ones this week really helped ease my body back. I feel much better after this session.

I NEVER comment this late, but you need to know how helpful this was. I've been doing yoga for a long time, but my range of motion (especially in my shoulders) is disastrously bad thanks to chronic illness. Could you please make more of these videos?? They're exactly what I need. I'm going to see if there are others-thank you SO much! 💖

The soldier mobility exercise was pretty intense for me. And the warrior 1 agains the wall made me feel like I've gained lots of space on my lower back. It is a very very good series, Tim. Thank you very much. Hare Krishna!

what amazing these exercises, especially when we are back to the old normal :( pre-pandemic (the pandemic also served, for those who could, to take care of themselves a little more... fortunately it was my case) Unfortunately with the rush of daily routine, again I sometimes find myself repeating the same postural mistakes as in the past... but come and follow your classes, the awareness of what is correct returns! thanks Tim. I just don't say God bless you because I'm not a believer, but I'm so grateful to you for sharing everything you know with us. Thanks!

Hi Tim The wall stretches/positions were great! I noticed a big difference in how I position my hips and having the wall there helps you pay attention to how you hold the body. Mobility after stepping back was VERY noticeable. I truly love your guidance and the detail you give, it helps A LOT! Thank you

After traveling for 3 weeks in Italy, I used today to stretch and improve my flexibility after a lot of pasta eating. I had no idea that it would be clutch in prepping me for my golf lesson tomorrow. Thanks for the methodical arm work! 😃

Hi Tim - My regular Fridays with two toddlers + mothers help is hectic and the Spondylitis in my right arm was today excruciating but the work on the door was a blessing and a relief - awesome. Love and Cwtshes as always. Lizi 🙏

First I loved the twists at the beginning a lot as they open and align my spine again, which helps my flexibility a lot. I‘ve discovered also that breathing into the rib cage elongated my spine… And yes, after the wall session everything was even more open. Wonderful experience! Thanks, Tim!

WoW ! That was amazing ! I have THE tightest and immobile shoulders and I actually felt like the arm stretches helped to get a tiny bit more range of movement. I can see that, with persistence, these stretches could make my shoulders more mobile. The way you explain all the movements so fully is magic ! Namaste Tim. 🙏

Side angle was soooo good with back foot against wall. I was fully supported by back leg and I felt amazing alignment from toes to fingertips. 😻

Thank you! The wall stretches were on point! I haven't been able to stretch my ears to shoulders without a lot of tension and pulling in over a year and one session against the wall finally released my muscles. I'm doing this routine everyday. I really appreciate your explanations of how to keep the poses and and what to avoid.

I enjoyed this class Tim. I'm traveling for work alot lately and have gotten into a routine where I do your yoga classes right when I wake up and it's a great way to start the day! I did like the wall stretches and your comments during the poses are spot on when I'm in the pose and you mention focuisng on a certain area of the body or the breath. the "Warrior 1" over the wall is doing magic to my shoulders and leg calf muscle. It made my open water swimming so much relaxed and better, and my distance just increased by 25% without any extra effort! Thank you Tim. You are the best!

My yoga space doesn't have any open walls to use( unlike the beautiful space you're using) so this class was not ideal for me.I tried to modify so I got the benefit of the stretches and I did feel a difference . A nice change of pace for sure.

I’ve abandoned you the last two months Tim, only because of excruciating problems with my neck, knee and arthritic hips and have been concentrating, with David Procyshyn, who deals wonderfully with these problems ☺️ but now things have eased I came back to this wonderful class which suits me perfectly, so looking forward to more like it and thank you as always. I found the wall poses really helpful. Thank you! I am recovering from frozen shoulder and have been (naturally) very protective of it to the degree that I kept putting a stretch routine on hold. After your routine, I noticed I could get my right arm further across the front of my body than I could before. I couldn't be happier. :)

Loved the wall work, my right shoulder has been troubling me over the past few months and I have adopted the knee version of chaturanga, I felt an immense improvement this morning after the arms being high on the wall and using the pressure to release tension in the back of my neck and shoulders. Really great instruction as always so grateful to you Namaste from NZ

The wall-based mobility exercises are fantastic! Thank you for introducing us to them in this sequence. The internal sensations during the isometric contractions is very unusual for me. I'll try this concept more often with other forms too. My body feels great after this routine this morning, thank you Tim 🙏
