This is a 15-minute full body flexibility routine for improving the mobility of the hips, shoulders, spine and surrounding areas. This works great as a stand alone morning routine, or any time of day, or can be used as a warm up or cool down, pre or post workout.
If you have tight shoulders, back, hips and hamstrings or just want to improve your full body mobility, this is the routine for you.

I've been really interested in mobility recently since it seems to be bringing a huge amount of balance of strength and flexibility into my life as opposed to going to the gym and countering with yoga. Mobility seems to be both in one.

That was a real nice start of the day. I like the combination of dynamic and static poses. I also liked the poses combining several parts of the body at once. Like the one gate pose (one leg to the side) while dynamically twisting the chest.

I have been inconsistent with my yoga, I usually do everyday for 3/4 weeks to taper off. Tim keeps me motivated. The classes are calming and beneficial for my needs. I love the surroundings, the sea against the rocks. I have tried other teachers all different but I think I have found the one.

Just found you. Awesome form, physique and exercises. I know you have huge subs already but some feedback - A voiceover may help, as you wouldn't have to concentrate on what flow you are completing while also speaking, and it may help with clearer transition and asana instructions. Personally, I like to do yoga with eyes closed as I go fully into my body, but its unlikely I will be able to do so with your classes (done three so far.) Either way, thank you.

Fell backwards onto my yoga partner ( my dog) during that last squat. Feet were too wide apart maybe? Summer days I can do deep squats like I was born to do them, other days my body laughs at me. Tim, do you have a video that discusses how to do them properly - or how to build up to them? Thinking maybe I need to reassess my alignment/method. Also, many thanks for all your videos and tips.
