HEY ANNA, I’m probably one of your younger fans but I just wanted to say how insecure, sad, and unmotivated I felt last year but your workouts have changed my life. I have learned so many inspirational quotes from you. You’re the one who got me out of bed. I now joined the swim team and started running more because of your inspiration. I am sooo much better now than before because of you and I am now realizing how strong and confident I can be if I’m consistent. ​@@nogo23I quit my nightly giant bowl of ice cream habit 😂 AND hit the workouts nearly every day for the first two months of exercising. When I was too tired or sore I at least did stretching or yoga. My workouts were always Anna's videos. Good job with building muscle and strength!!
