@@berrytsakala7935 I have been doing it and it has really changed my posture and my body looking more sculpt. I can complete whole videos without stopping yes but am I doing it like Nicole no 😂😂 but I really enjoy doing it a lot and i feel like I am getting stronger. I love this

i agree omg. im so tired of seeing those because that never actually happens. a lot of people dont have the genetics for an hourglass figure and it just idolises one body type instead of embracing different shapes :)

Si buscaban un comentario en español, aquí estoy para decirles que esto funciona completamente. Lo hice durante 3 días (eno el segundo día me dolía todo el cuerpo, cada músculo) y al tercer día se veían cambios, mi cintura se había vuelto más pequeña, mi abdomen más marcado y mi vientre más plano. La espalda se define y los brazos wuao, sientes una fuerza mayor en tus glúteos, he quedado impresionada, lo sigo haciendo, no lo suelto. Inténtalo, no te arrepentirás! 💐

​@@anacarmona5151 veo que la chica no respondió, así que me atrevo a responderte con mi experiencia. Nicole tiene una gran variación de videos, incluso en español. Yo recomiendo mezclar este video con las pilates con pesas, usar benditas elásticas si tienes y también usar sus videos de Barre pilates que es básicamente ejercicios de bailarina; ayudan muchísimo para las piernas y glúteos.

I quit my group Pilates class (after they started up again) and only work out at home with Nicole now. It’s much more convenient and obviously easier on my wallet! Love how approachable she is and how well she explains with a minimum of words.

Never done pilates ever. I'm pretty active in working out daily and was just looking for a different kind of workout to see more of a difference in my body. I feel like I've been at a standstill even though I've been consistently working out through mostly cardio. This workout felt amazing, the atmosphere and tone of the workout are peaceful and calming and I'm excited to see my results 30 days from now. thank you for this amazing workout, I really feel like this is the key to unlocking the best version of me.

I feel like there's a lot left to be desired in a lot of modern pilates videos. There's often a lot of cardio mixed in, or its loud pop music playing, and you lose a lot of the mind body connection. This was *exactly* what I was looking for. My pilates instructor stopped teaching after she had her baby, and I've not found anyone I really enjoy- until now! Thank you so much!

Fue mi primera vez haciendo pilates! Me sentí bien, y pude sentir el esfuerzo, no pude relajarme del todo porque la chica claramente habla en inglés y solía estar pendiente a cada movimiento que hiciera. Estaré haciendo sus rutinas y combinando con CrossFit y veré si noto cambios en mi cuerpo.

Fr and I hate the random music ones as the music is usually awful because everyone has a different music taste and I can't mute it because then I won't know when the timer goes off so I'm forced to listen to incredibly bass booted music lol.

Thank you Nicole! Your videos are composed so thoughtfully, with just the right exercises in the right order to push yourself while also keeping it within reach. I really appreciate the time and attention you put into making these videos! I also appreciate your attitude of being encouraging and positive but also calming -- lots of teachers don't get the balance quite right, but you definitely do. I would love to share your videos with others in my family, but some of them are older and would struggle with the more intense sets. Would you ever consider making some more gentle videos for seniors, or those recovering from injury?

2nd time doing this workout, first time getting through as smoothly as Nicole. 💪🏾 I’ve been working out with Nicole for 7 months now and I’ve learned so much. The most important thing I’ve learned is doing each single move and rep with purpose and good form. Nicole, never throws any rep away, each movement is done with purpose, strength, and grace.

I am a nail artist, and because of my work, my back hurts all the time. In the morning, I can't even move my right hand until I use a special back massager. I regularly work out in the gym and trained my back (thinking that weak muscles were the reason for the pain), but it didn't help me. My suffering ended after I started practicing Pilates with Nicole. Right after the workout, I feel lightness in my body, and all the tensions go away, along with the pain in my back and hand. Thank you for your work! It has truly made my life so much easier.

Cant you do pilates and weight training at the same time? I am weight training at the moment but would like to incorporate some Pilates as well. Would that be okay?

Omg I’m in the same boat!!! I love weight lifting BUT I feel like my body goals have changed. I want to tap into my feminine energy and wanna try something “softer”. I’m not saying by any means weight lifting is masculine but for me and my personal opinion I’m kinda over it…

Hi Nicole I have just discovered your Channel I loved everything about this workout. I ve heard about pilates before but as I was used to practise harder trainings ( squatt , abs ...) so I was disappointed when I discovered some pilates workouts... I found them boring and felt like I was not practising useful stuff. By chance I found your video and I really enjoyed from it from the beginning to the end everything was " top" :mixing pilates with some harder exercises was such a good idea . Thank you so much . Doing 10 minutes of this everyday for 2 weeks! My weight:60 My age:12 My height:167 cm Once i finish a workout ill be saying my weight the next day Day 1:super tired! This is one of my favorite workouts, when I have 40 minutes free. Nicole offers different challenge levels, and you really get a great full body workout. The side leg lifts are so hard! Love it!

I had a hard time and was kinda depressed and I noticed my body changed badly. I took weight, my stamina declined severely and I'm struggling doing an effort. I used to be so fit. After a long time without physical actvitiy I give a try to pilates to go back to sport slowly by doing pilates. I chose your channel. Thank you for this workout a little challenging but still duable. I cannot wait to be able to do everything :)

I loved the pacing of this workout, and the fact that you included restorative yoga poses in between sets of harder exercises. Other pilates videos I watch just go so hard the whole time with no breaks and that was really refreshing. Having those restorative poses in between gives me space and reminds me to have compassion for my body and to be thankful for my practice

I was amazed how many tries it took to get completely through this: at least 10 tries over 3 weeks. I knew I was out of shape but geesh! Really helping me to get some core strength back and helping my joints. Improving my balance, too. Thanks, Nicole.

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ru-vid.comUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

While people often say Pilates leaves you with “long, lean muscles,” technically all muscle is lean mass. But the workout does strengthen and stretch your limbs in one go. “Oftentimes, people feel that their body has been compressed, tense, and tight beforehand but leave the studio feeling more loose and more aware of their body

I’ve watched a lot of Pilates videos since being stuck at home the past few months, but Nicole’s are hands down the best. I’m not a huge workout fiend, so committing to working out at home is not easy. However, Nicole’s videos are easy to follow and actually give you a good workout in a short amount of time, so I can commit to them nearly every day. Love the pace of the videos and her calming style. Nicole, hope you post more 20-30 min full body workouts in the near future!

I am in love with this workout! Prior to watching this video, I associated working out with putting my body and mind through physical and mental anguish. However, this video taught me that working out is quite the opposite. This routine is a feeling that gives me a peace of mind knowing that I am bettering both my body and mind. It has been two months since I started this routine and every other day I feel like a new person. I totally recommend this to anyone who wants to better themselves physically and mentally. Good luck to those who are willing to embark on this new journey and I hope you feel fulfilled and accomplished at the end of every session.

I would also like to know if you've seen progress. I was also weight training but now I weight train 2x a week and do pilates 3x a week. But I've only been doing this for about 3 or 4 weeks and at first was only doing pilates twice. I feel myself getting stronger but as I'm a bit chubbier it is hard to see progress in such a short amount of time!

@@dearreflection if you are doing weight training right you will absolutely see results in six months. Pilates I am not so sure about because it is extremely low-impact and barely works most muscles. Lifting has transformed my body
