Allie! I have to tell you how helpful your practices have been for me. In March, my husband was diagnosed with cancer at only 29 years old and your yoga offerings have been a true anchor as I move through this emotional season of my life. I did this early in the morning after a bad night with very little sleep. Didn't realize it at first but it was almost as if I was mad at myself for not sleeping well. This practice helped me to let go of all that and seeing the day before me in a new light. Yes, I am a bit tired from lack of sleep, but that doesn't meen that it can't be a good day anyway 💜 Thank you so much Allie! Would love to see more more mantra practices btw 🤗

Amazing practice! Maybe my favorite ever?! Wow. It feels like I've given myself a long hug with this practice. My boyfriend is coming tomorrow, so for today I will clean the apartment a bit and tidy it up before his arrival. But thanks to this practice, I will do it calmly and lovingly and intentionally. Not just rush through it or try to do it all perfectly. I also have a bit of a cold right now, so I will stay mindful of my body today. Take breaks and relax when I need to and keep a nurturing mindset. I love you Allie! You are doing wonders 🙏 And I absolutely adore when you come onto the mat for a practice with us, when you are at a raw/tired/vulnerable state as well. Somehow those moments with you always lead to the most caring and holistic practices.

I had to giggle when you asked to ponder on the question of what will I consider moving forward towards after recalibration of my mind body and soul. Well, it is a morning practice for me. And,it's calling me to treat myself to that first cup of "joe"😍

Absolutely lovely! I am NOT really adept at slowing down - full-on Aries, type-A, and all that jazz. I am FINALLY (50's) beginning to recognize when my body, mind and soul need rest, restoration and a reset, and you are here for that...for me to have the guidance and gifts I need. You inspire me and give me permission to take the slow and mindful practices necessary to balance all of my warrior ways. Thank you for being you and doing what you do!!! LOVE!

I've been following your classes for some years now and I used to love your yoga power flows. More and more now i'm falling in love with your gentle flows, when I used to be bored by more "gentle yoga". I got covid this week and I think it's a greater call to slow down. This practice absolutely left me feeling held and calm enough to spend the rest of the evening moving slowly and intentionally. I will turn off all screens and focus on getting a restorative night's rest with a nice read and meditation before drifting off to sleep. Thanks, Allie :)
