Woke too late to do live today so found this arms and abs from the archives. Band workouts are my new favorite. The abs at the end really sneak up on you! Great class, thank you!

Had to go back 8 months to find an upperbody class I hadn't done from your playlist. Melissa and I didn't want to over do it so we went with this bad class. While it wasn't heavy strength it definitely isolated the muscles with the bands. Thank you.
Great arms and abs classes. Today was one of those days that the questions during class were really helpful, as I was finding the bands cutting into my hands, and holiding a light weight helped. Love all the variety in types of class and length of class. :)

Usually prefer weights for strength training, but mixing it up with bands challenges different muscle areas it seems. Thanks for changing it up and keeping workouts interesting!
I believe u are the greatest step teacher on the planet but I tried bands for the very first time today (I bought them at tjmaxx just for this class 😂) thought I would hate but absolutely obsessed now! More bands please !!!❤
Short but tough especially the those floor work involving the abs. It shows I should do more abs workout to strengthen my abs and core. see more of you, Chris.
I chose this because something very wrong is going on with my knee so I can't do anything cardio or legs. This was perfect! Just had to modify and not use a band for the floor lat move that involved pulling knee sideways to chest. (I had ACL replacement on this knee 7 years ago so I'm really hoping it's not a retear :( ) Thank you!!
Chris, This was a short and sweaty workout which I thoroughly enjoyed doing! You keep it interesting and there's no time to complain, I just use your modifications and before I know it, we're stretching. Thank you!🩵
