This 30 min Yoga Sequence is your own personal home yoga practice. It aids you in hip opening as well as balancing in challenging asanas. All the intermediate/advance practitioners can try this sequence at home. Do share your experience with us in the comment box.

I have been doing this video regularly for two years now, since it was released. It is a perfect way to start my day, short but still intense and I feel sooo good afterwards. One of the best videos for Yoga I have seen so far. Great ambiance in which is filmed, music, explanations that are not overwhelming, practice is not too easy, not too hard, you can do it everyday without getting hammered, just perfect. Being just few months into Yoga, I have noticed that all Yoga videos on YT can be separated in 2 groups. One is with fancy younger people with cool houses, dogs, doing exercises in fancy clothes, routines are pretty easy, and people in India who are not in that fancy surroundings, not lower quality of videos, so they compensate by pushing routines a little bit more on hard side, so I don't really feel like doing it everyday. This is something in between, relaxed, not flashy but nice, you teach us Yoga while we do it (usually videos from India are not so informative, and mentioned first group moved far away from traditional Yoga), and at the end of routine I feel amazing, not burned out. Thank you for a great video and hope to see more in this format, for me its perfect. Best regards from Belgrade!

Wonderful session, I appreciate the focus on the breath and the focus on the light contraction of pelvic floor, I appreciate that the names of the postures are in Sanskrit, and I appreciate the flow of this yoga session. I will say the one thing, is I found the music a bit on the loud side and perhaps a bit distracting. Otherwise a wonderful session, thank you!

I am junaid shaikh your student, and this is the first time I tried the 30 mins online class, I think it’s wonderful and energising for the morning. Sir, I participated on sunday for 108 surya namaskarams. I feel am so blessed to get connected. The voice you instructed was giving lot of energy,where I dint even feel tired.could do 108 very comfortably. This was my first time. Look forward for every month. Namaskarams 🙏

Amazing sequences. Thank you. Is it not advisable to practise advance asana after seventy ? I have read some where that it can damage the bones, muscles and ligaments. Pls throw some light on it. Thank you. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

We always say Yoga never have age limit, we can even practice yoga till the last breath. While you're practicing yoga please observe your body, if there is any pain on your joints that should not happen. Thank You for this wonderful, powerful but calm practise - without the „music“ it would be completely perfect. Just much to much noise, hard for me to keep concentration, makes me feel uncomfortable….
