This one FLEW by. I loved the giant sets--definitely hit all those little-used muscles that I forget about. I'm sure I'll have no problem remembering them tomorrow!!!

Yeah, I love working out with the box! And I now keep my bands close to my mat just in case, and we used them today. The way you plan our cycle rides and our strength workouts always amaze me. Everything is always perfection. Thank you so much. It's 99 degrees here, just saying😊❤❤

Awesome leg day! I will definitely be feeling this one tomorrow. I enjoyed doing the same super sets/ giant sets after each round with this weeks strength workouts! I added the ab finisher…. I didn’t think I could do the thigh finisher after this one lol ❤❤

Hi Rose! No. All of my programs are Cycle & Strength! The calendars are only one or the other and they are different! 💜

Normally, I love your workouts, but this one was so repetitive I got a bit looney by the end. Actually, I think I made it 90% of the way before calling it quits at the 20th set of wall sits - so had to go improvised the rest of the routine myself. I just can't do boring routines. Sorry!!
