Not sure how I feel about my inability to walk, but the advantage of this vs a more cardio-focused workout is that I have enough breath to laugh at how much I'm struggling to move my legs.

I was dying with those side leg lifts and when I looked up there was pain on your face and I was like “thank goodness I’m not alone!!” Loved it! As a side note. I love that you reply to so many of your viewers! It means a lot to us and it makes me feel like we’re really doing it together! Thanks girlie and keep it up!

Run out of time to head to the gym as worked late tonight so came home and did this. I have three bands and had to go to the easiest for the side lifts. Even with that one I couldn't do it as hurt too much so did this on the floor rather than lifting the rest of my body. Loved the warm up and cool down. The cool down had yoga vibes 🥰🥰. Thanks for this x

Wow this workout felt great. Became really sweaty only for me to realize it's only 11minutes gone..pheww but I kept going slowly but surely M glad you added some good stretches.. it's had to find such videos.

I just finished this workout and I feel very accomplished. I sometimes do growingannanas workouts but it is very challenging for me and I take several breaks. Anna is a very strong lady and also very motivational. This might not be the issue for everyone however for me, I think that the issue with all my breaks is caused by the music. Everyone has a different music taste that gets them motivated and If hers is the one for you then that is great! For me however, I need more angrier rap music that gets me motivated and keeps me pushing forward. I put on my motivational music and I have accomplished more than I thought I could do and forced myself to push myself to my limits. I think my limits grow due to my music choices. Of course, the burn is still there but it does help me forget about it a little bit and even gets me more energized. This is no hate to Anna or her music I just wanted to share that music may change your motivation.

Hy! I love your videos, and I did your workouts with mini band. I realised tha at the end of these workouts I always have pain in my knees. I'm not specialist, but I think the reason is that with the mini band we strenghten in the whole workout the hip abductor muscle group. There is no exercise that strenghten the hip adductor muscle group. I learnt this easy rule: when you strenghten the agonists, you have to strenght also the antagonists, otherwise in this case your knee can get hurt, because the muscles all stick to to the knee or under the knee, especially if someone has weaker muscles in the knee area. So I think you should pay attention on that. I'm just saying, because I dont want to anyone get hurt.

Ana Legs Were on 🔥🔥🔥 I modified de side leg raise to do it flat on the ground cause I couldn’t push any further with the band on that position. This workout killed my legs and buns💦🤛💪🏽thanks Ana see you on tomorrow’s workout Grow Team💪🏽

HIIT it with my legs and butt on DAY 9 (in my time zone lol)! Despite my internet acted up at my place today thankfully my phone was still working so I was able to complete it!!! So Happy cause I definitely don't want to break the streak!!! Yessss! Good night, and see you on Day 10 Anna and Team!!
