Time to spice it up with a 30 min Intense Mini Band Workout! It's going to be a full-body pump, focus on crushing as many reps as you can in the 50 seconds. Bring your energy, your power and your good vibes! Let's do it!!
WORKOUT DETAILS
👉🏼 Duration: 30 MIN (Incl warm-up, plus 5 mins of cool-down stretches to finish)

Great exercises!! I felt the burn. Every muscle group will get trained in this workout. For me the perfect allrounder, divers and I will definitely repeat it. I prefer the mini band more than the weights. Who else too😆?

This was my first ever resistance band workout! It was surprisingly challenging - I had to modify some exercises, like the clamshells I just did the leg movement and kept my hips on the floor. Thanks for a great easy to follow video!

Here’s the thing. ru-vid.comUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

This was awesome! I am currently 16 weeks pregnant and I am without weights for the next couple of weeks. I do have some bands with me, so I happened to search for workouts on RU-vid and found this. This was exactly what I needed. I did need to modify some of the workouts to take some pressure off my core, but overall I absolutely loved it!

I've weighted lifts before, so HIT was extremely exhausting at the beginning, now I come to the point where half an hour isn't enough and I keep adding some pushups or posture exercises ❤️ love your videos, you're super motivating! -still on my journey to get back into fitness after pregnancy. this workout is superb! I don't feel as pressured as in HIIT workouts, but can really concentrate on myself and my body and what it is able to do already again. Also I can pay attention to my pelvic floor and squeeze much better than when trying to keep pace with high intensity intervalls. Still, this lets me break in sweat and I feel fabulous afterwards. Thak you :)

Me the entire workout: - your knees DONT touch the mat? How is that humanely possible? - one arm plank and the other arm pulling the band? W-what? - how do you get the band on your shoes? *Tries and sprains a muscle* - how do you pull the band so far- *almost died while trying* This was a tough workout, definitely not for beginners like me, but i enjoyed it, thank you!

For some weird reason, I thought this would feel a little easier than normal :') Instead, it was a lot of the classic exercises (and some new ones) but made more difficult haha. Fun though, thanks - Needed to make use of the new bands!
