I definitely got to do this one. I am on a mission to get this belly flat and get this waist line below 39 inches from obese to overweight than work from overweight to normal. Small steps.

Almost passed this one up. The level four scared me! But I was also excited for a challenge. It was a good one 😅 The quote about self-awareness was awesome. You have to know where you are to guage whether what you're doing is working. Spend time with family!
