Eleni, I have to thank you again for this routine. but I also thank you for all the work. For me it is very important to exercise every morning and you make it sometimes subtle, other times challenging, other times fun. Sometimes, all at once. I thank you very much for your routines because with them, my body listening and the possibilities for my body increase. Every time I finish every of your workouts..I sweat like...super sweaty only in 30 minutes!!! It's impossible to burning max 350 cal..must be more..I love your pilates video because my backpain is less ..my skin is glowing ...thank you!
Just did this for the first time, loved it! I'm a bit uncoordinated and found some of the exercises a bit complicated to pick up from the 10 second demo, still a great work out though. Nicely varied ❤

If you want a suggestion from me it is to make the moves less complicated and to actually give them a burn in the muscle area. When you are to focused trying to figure out how to properly do the complicated move you don’t receive as much burn as you like.
Life is full of multi functional movements, requiring coordination/balance and the full range of motion. While this isn't focused on the 'burn in the muscle' this is perfect for mobility and body control training.
Combined and unknown for us movements are good for our brains. So while training these works we not train our bodies, but also our brains. If it is difficult, be thankful and know that its good for you. 😊

Loved it. Wondering can you come out with some Animal flow videos also. Animal Flow is a practice combining elements of yoga, gymnastics, and bodyweight exercises. It mimics animal movements and challenges your mobility and strength.
