I’ve been doing this video 2-3 times a week for a few months. I love it and have seen results! Favorite part is there’s no talking, there’s a timer, and good music. This is my type of workout!
Did this workout first thing in the morning but took me 40 mins to finish. And burned 215cal. Burning calories always varies person to person. Felt really good after this pilates though as I've been looking for a good 30mins pilates workout. Thank u!!!
I want to share something exciting - and will do my best to keep it concise! I've been doing Eleni's workouts consistently, averaging 5X/week, for over 6 months now (with the exception of one slip up, when I tried someone else's Pilate's channel but quickly returned to Eleni). I picked this workout for today. While doing it, I remembered I had done it one other time. When I got to the 'reverse plank tricep dips' I had a bit of PTSD as the last time I did them, I was frustrated and falling all over the place. I was kind of expecting the same thing this time. But to my own shock and awe, I was able to complete the entire set without a single stumble. And it reminded me that these workouts - no matter which one you choose to do - are all functional training. I hadn't practiced that move since I last did this workout. But my strength and balance had greatly improved, enabling me to do something I hadn't been able to do! And the end? The open leg rocker? Last I did that looked like a comedy routine. The only thing I struggled with today was maintaining the hold on my ankles because they were so sweaty! So much for being concise. But all that to say - DON'T stop!! And thank you Eleni.
Loved this workout! I think 350 calories is highly unlikely for any body type doing this workout, I burned 186 active calories and 234 total calories- would love a more realistic title but nevertheless enjoyed this and am excited to try more of your workouts
This is my favorite workout after trying many exercises. I can burn lots of calories, and at the same time exercise my whole body. And the pace and timing make me follow more easily. Thank you so much!
I am SO happy I found someone who doesn't talk in the videos 😅 I normally did HIIT cardio but had to switch due toa very stubborn hip tendinitis YOu really saved me 🥰

Wow! I consider myself pretty strong and with a good physical condition, but it was definitely hard and entertaining! Love it!! I burned 203 active calories.

Great video. This was my first time trying pilates - i usually go to the gym but I moved states and fell off my routine for 4 months now. I hope this helps me get back on track. I burned 180 calories - a great start :)))
Tried this workout for the first time and I'm so happy it's not too fast-paced. Moderate pace is good for me, as it works in the resistance and makes me do it at the best form. I just felt great afterwards. Thanks for this!
I've never tried pilates, my gym just closed down and i'll be moving in two months so i decided to just workout at home for the time being and wanted to try this, man that was hard!! But such a great burn and i feel so relaxed, great workout!
I feel absolutely incapable of keeping even 10 min up..! I don´t know if I´ll ever be able to do it, because some exercises I could not physically do. Eleni looks so effortless. WOW
As a very new beginner who likes going straight into things this worked very well, but I recommend adding more time stamps for different workouts depending on what main part of the body it is working out!
this is my fav. video of urs, I repeat once or twice a week and I choose the rest from ur other videos. I have 2 quest plz: 1- why do I always have back ache in the core workouts, any alternative? 2- is it possible to have diff. calories burned each time I do this video. many thanks for ur amazing workouts that u share with us
Holy crap I found pilares through tiktok because I wanted to lose weight and I thought it would be easy , I was very wrong about that but I know damn well that I need TI take baby steps at first and maybe today is the day I'll actually make it till the end! I won't give up as I'm already seeing results and I'll most likely feel guilty but I thank you for making this workout , It truly helps!! 😻
I freaking enjoyed the music selection. Love it. The oblique crunch variation was difficult to handle. Wasn't too sure if my form was correct but still a nice challenge ^^
They switch you around a lot without much time to move and see what the new formation is, but this is definitely a fun workout. Be aware, a majority of the exercises are hard on the knees so be mindful of that if you're taking care of yours
This was a great pilates workout. I felt so incredibly strong after. Loved that their was a timer and a short break. I will definitely do more of your workouts... Does anybody know how many calories burnt if you weigh 45 - 50 kg doing this workout ❤️

Just for comparison, I am 115 pounds and burnt 186 if you are heavier then me you will burn more and if you’re lighter you may burn less! Regardless of the cals this was the BEST workout I’ve done in a couple months! I absolutely loved it💞
