You are so graceful! Im full of gratitude right now! Even your choice in music is wonderful for this! I needed this! I'm a recovering addict, i have not worked out in 4 years due to my using...i lifted weights my entire adult life, but once addicted to drugs & alcohol, working out & eating healthy became non-existent. Now, at 41 years of age, I'm finding pilates is PERFECT for me! It's fun and keeps my attention! I love that you don't waste time talking (Like most instructors)! You get right to it, and I appreciate the amount of brief demo time you show before each movement! I've never done pilates in my life, and from this workout, I'm HOOKED! Thank you for your knowledge & willingness to share it on this platform! You are now a part of my recovery journey. Today makes day 44 ❤️, and day 1 of my pilates journey!

Thank you Eleni for these beautiful sharing of exercises. I find it very demanding to do pilates, BUT, I always do it every other day in my exercises that I do 5 days out of 7. When I worked, I did it when I got home from work. Now retired, I do it in the morning. Doing exercises for me gives me a great source of energy and well being. Just like eating, sleeping, exercises have great importance in my life. For all the people watching you, I tell them, you just have to start and never get discouraged. As an overweight person who couldn't even get outta bed, I didn't see in myself to go to the gym and life. So I decided to do some apartment-friendly workouts first. And even tho I could do about 80% of the workouts, I'm pretty happy with myself. I'd see like to continue and see more improvement in my muscles and overall body control. And no, as a fat person, I didn't hate to work out because of this video and pray for this to end every second. Thank you so much!
Hello Eleni, I am signing off under my favourite workout of all time. In the last 17 days, I did 10 workouts with Eleni, (plus 4 swims, and 4 yoga classes extra). Happy to report that I am super motivated with your workouts, I love the grace, strength and the balanced feeling I have after them. I lost 5 cm off my hips and and 3 cm off my thighs. I am about 15 kg overweight after having kids, and it's been hard to find time and motivation to do a regular fitness routine. thanks to you, I look forward to daily workouts, with a one day break a week as recommended. looking forward to continuing on! thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I loved this! It felt so good!! I got in a car accident a year ago, and I am okay but I did have to go to PT for my neck and back pain. Well, I wasn’t able to do my normal HIIT workouts so I had to wait months to work out, and I got cleared to do Pilates and I found you and it’s been amazing! Your Pilates workouts take away the pain and aching!
Even on a hot summer day here in Dubai, I don't sweat as much as I do during your pilates sessions. I've tried other pilates channels, but I've always found myself coming back to yours. Your workouts are TOUGH and ENJOYABLE and they make me feel super charged to face the rest of my day. I plan on incorporating light weights to get more of a burn to the workouts. Thank you so much!

i needed this workout 🤍 very lazy day today and i wanted to move. 10 minutes felt too short and i didnt want to commit to a 30 min vid but i couldnt find a 20 min video that seemed interesting so i chose this one thinking i'd just stop when i got around the 20 min mark. kept going till the video finished! dont really know how to explain it but every movement felt so needed and challenged me in such a way that i just had to keep going. really loved this :)

The first time I ever did pilates. I struggle with weight because if prior health conditions. I certainly struggled as I followed you but I made it till the end. More upper body please.

Hi I recently started following, have been doing your workouts for almost a month now. I moved to Pilates and low intensity workouts due to chronic knee pain and now back pain. No doubt I feel stronger. The workouts look easy but I sweat out every time I do them. The other day I sprained my shoulder and neck while running. Since then the pain has been shifting all around my back shoulder and neck. Can you do a video for strengthening back and core please?
I usually lift reasonably heavy weights & thought this would be a nice stretch, relax, cool down workout after my upper body session....oh boy was I wrong! I'll never underestimate pilates again! 🔥 A beautiful workout though, loved it ❤ x

Just Finished and let me say. OML that was so fun!!! You just earned a new sub! I am extremely overweight, but I have been working out recently and I think many of these moves were great for my mobility. Some workouts were challenging due to my lack of strength, but I really feel like I did a lot in this workout!! Im looking forward to seeing more videos!!
