Join me today and let's burn some calories and tone your waist with a 30 minute smaller waist and flat belly Tabata style home workout.
This is an all standing, low intensity step workout that focuses on engaging your core throughout the entire 30 minutes, thus helping you achieve a more defined, smaller waist. You can expect to burn a lot of calories, due to the short intervals, and together with a healthy well balanced diet it'll will help you stay in calorie deficit, thus leading to weight loss and ultimately belly fat loss.
Please keep in mind that all bodies are unique and beautiful and it is impossible TO SPOT target fat loss.
This workout is simply a guide tool to help you achieve smaller waist and burn fat.
Don't forget can always change the pace or intensity of my workouts to suit your mood or energy levels. Make it your own and don't forget to have fun!

Cant wait to try this! But I've been wondering are the calories burned the amount you actually burned doing the routine or the max possible burn? (Obviously calories burned depends on the individual!).

Loved this Tabata style walk setup, love the moves and variations, loved the quick burn at the end! 196 active calories burned, 3,716 steps but will do this one again for better accuracy. Definitely another favorite walk from Olivia! 🤍💚🤍💚🤍💚🤍💚🤍
