So true! When I lifted light weights I was more toned. I stopped using weights and only doing cardio and I started gaining weight and I didn’t understand why. But incorporating weights into your routine is the way to go. 🎉
You are fabulous, but this one was a bit too slow and repetitive for me (especially moving side to side)...I love the walk and tone workouts but appreciate when the arm movements compliment the leg movements rather than be the targeted area. Also, it would be great if the warmup time did not count toward the total workout time (i.e., if the workout itself was a total of 30-minutes). I just prefer more steps/leg movements and faster paced:-) Thank you for the amazing walking workouts! I look forward to more!
Can you make more 10k steps videos like this one T^T, I've been doing this video over and over again (since I like it so much). I'd love if you can make more videos similar to this one, but with different songs and movements.

This is by far one of the best workouts. I have been following Olivia for a few months and have lost about 15 pounds by doing her workouts before work.

Great workout before work! I used a variety of weights cause my arms were on fire lol. 6-15 lbs. 328 active calories -- 404 total calories. Love these slow paced strength workouts! Keep killing it Olivia <3
Olivia, I am looking for an old video of yours that I really liked. It was a 5000 steps and you were outside with a long sleeved yellow top. I liked it more because it was outside. Now I can't find it anywhere. I think I was doing this particular video the fall of 2021.
