After a month I gave it it a go again. Last time I only done 22 min. Proud to say I finished it all this time. However not perfect and with a break but still it's an improvement. Please someone tell me I'm not the only one struggling with this one 😂❤

This one's a killer! 🔥 I had to swap out some lunges and squats as my knees and legs couldn't cope. I did as much as I could though and sometimes it's nice to try one that's hard to push yourself a bit more and see what you can do. Backs of my calves are going to hurt tonight 😆

Oh my Goodness... How many different squats, lunges and jump can you make up ??? My legs are still shaking. 3200 steps, 225 cal and 160 bpm. Hopefully I did burn some fat ! 🤞As always, thank you for your great workout !
Yes, agree with you here. HIIT is high intensity, otherwise it shouldn’t be called HIIT. If you are looking for something lighter, my cardio aerobic workouts will be perfect 🤗❤️
