Sometimes working out isn’t just hard because we don’t feel the energy we need physically but also emotionally and mentally. Great little workout, and so useful as I get over my cold or whatever I have. I still burned 235 active calories with an average heart rate of 113bpm. Later I might try it with my ankle weights and see how that affects my numbers, but at least I am moving, which is critical to my weight loss. Thanks

Thank you! 💖 Your walking workouts are great! They are a nice replacement for another cardio workout on running or some other monotonous movements. I'm able to keep my heartrate in a comfortable for me zone and keep adequate intensity. The need to coordinate my movements is another benefit of your workouts.
I just discovered your channel yesterday, and "previewed" a few of the workouts. Did this one this morning and loved it! The moves were "can do", low impact, easy on the knees, and matched the beat of the songs; the music was upbeat - and I wasn't dying! 🙌🏾 I have 4 more of your walking workout videos lined up to do this week, and will be rotating all 5 for the next few weeks as I get back into working out. I just recently discovered Olivia's workouts. I have several others I use regularly but Olivia offers refreshing changes to some of the other women. You have a good variety of cardio, weights, full body etc. One little complaint from today with this video 30 Min Metabolic Walking. Normally I listen to Pandora but today I was in a hurry and left the sound on for the video's music playlist. The first song the guy sings he is G..D... Lonely, a couple of times. At first I thought I had miss-heard but listened closely to confirm. I don't get offended by much and since there is an option to turn off volume, it's not a deal breaker. However, there could be enough people similarly offended who may just quit Olivia's channel. I'm just suggesting to you Olivia if you may want to consider the choice on your playlist. It bothered my wife very much also. You're the boss, this is just me personal opinion.
