One of the best workouts sesh i’ve had from YT. Hands down. Nice work! 👏I kept thinking “Is she robotic”. The short rest time burnt me out but overall effective workout.

*So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive.... but!!! Overall quality **bestgym.equipment** and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.*
this one was actually VERY FUN to do! Versatile exercises, great music, easier exercises that came up when i was out of energy and the last exercise gave me a little bit of extra motivation because i had so much fun jumping over my dumbbells hahaha

Your workouts are like a cup of coffee for me in the morning. You can't resist without them. I always wonder what to do in the days without your new workout. Awesome burn and sweat. Lots of calories burned. I know it's too greedy to demand of another workout for abs with dumbbell of 30 minutes please🙂. People with training session like yours don't need any gym 🏋🚴💪. I must not have recovered from my Sunday training hike because this workout kicked my butt. I did manage using the 55lbs kettlebell for the swings, but barely. Thank you!! I enjoyed it!
Last exercise, burpee over the dumbbell…I literally got irritated and said out loud, ok this woman is really just doing the most😂😂😂 *but in a good way* 😅anyways, I’m drenched in sweat! Such a great workout!
I did this workout 1 hour ago and I'm feeling soooo strong and happy :) I love your workouts with dumbbells, and I like your workouts without weight tooo ;) so if it is possible you can post mixed workouts like last time I think last saturday with last 10 min of tabata. I did your workout at my heaviest 234lb,I tried but found the burpees over dumbell and push rotation so hard and challenging,though I did a few, could you please add some modified 🙈moves in your drills,just in case if one can't do the main😘..I loveiti💥💯
I'm not going to lie, this is still a toughy. There is a long warm up and no cool down at the end. 🥵 I started off with 20lbs but wend down to 15lbs during the floor + squat thrusters. Then when we got to dumbbell swing squats I used 12s. Those have always been my weakness. I was out of breath by like 70% I paused on some, but kept going. I'm just glad there wasn't any lunge jumps or squat jumps 🤣
This workout video is amazing in every way. Clear to understand, great countdowns and percentages. Love it. Not up to full 30m yet so doing half one day half the next. A big thank you for this...it would be great if you could do a Playlist with all your videos with weights.
I really love the high intensity workouts with weights! Can't decide if I prefer those or the tabata ones! I definitely love love love the tabata-style burnouts at the end of some of your workouts 😍💪💦
