Join me for a 30 minute CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT to get your sweat on! Get ready for a super fun and high intensity routine. We will be jumping, but I'll provide low impact modifications throughout. We'll be moving the the beat of the music which will make it fly by! There are zero floor exercises, no squats or lunges. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. Warm up and cool down are included. So get ready to sweat! 💞 xox Mik

That was great! I confess, I was pretty terrified. However, your design of the HIIT was so clever, Mik. It got me to push without feeling overwhelmed. Such a skill that many cannot achieve!

Thanks for the reminder of positive self talk. I used to be over 300lbs and know what it's like to know you can't propel yourself off the ground. That feeling crept up... reminding myself how front loaded my weight is... how hard high impact still is.... then I heard you and reminded myself how strong I must be to still do MOST of the jumping, jacks, and high knees.... It was well timed.

I honestly can't believe it every time i make it through a class and actually did all the moves (even the ones im like NO WAY to when you demo them lol). I get the vibe that you would be such an amazing friend, as you are always so reassuring and encouraging! I bet the people you have in your irl are very greatful for your presence in their lives! I have been slowly getting back into shape. Today I did this routine -- I needed to use some of the low impact moves as I have knee problems, but I often did something in between the low impact and the higher intensity. I am sweating. I am proud I made it through. I can't thank you enough for helping me to feel decades younger with your routines.

Phew that was hot 🥵 even with semi low impact versions! Grabbed some 1kg dumbbells for some of the moves, finished with a twist😊👍 I need to do that every day🙄🤩🔥🥵 great music too👍

It was one of the best workouts I've ever done. I was looking for a workout that would help me to relieve muscles pain after yesterday's excercises so I wanted no squats, no lunges and let me tell you somethng - this was perfect! I got super sweaty and my muscles feel relievd. Thank you so much for this workout

I really liked that you kept the low impact version in the corner the whole time for those ones. It helps instead of trying to remember what the low impact or modifier was, as some trainers only demo it for a bit at the beginning of the exercise and then it goes away.

I have been struggling to get myself to the gym, and I just did this workout in my backyard and had an incredible time. I am such a music person and love jumping around dancing, so thank you for somehow creating a perfect workout for me.

I made it up until the last three moves and paused. Hoping to make it all the way through next time! Feeling the sweat and you speak at all the right moments to keep me moving through it. Simple, had modifications for me with downstairs neighbors and chronic fatigue, and I was able to get through despite not wanting to show up for the workout at all! Will definitely return for more workouts!

Was a little anxious when I saw it was 30 minutes but the lower impact moves you placed in timely locations in the workout made it less intense. I really enjoyed this workout!! And, thank you for leaving the modifications up the whole time during the moves. I don’t usually use them but if I do it will be late in the move and sometimes they aren’t there anymore. ✌🏼
