The incline on the fly move was a game changer! I had no idea that altering to be less parallel with the floor would make such a difference!

Thanks Michelle, this upper body push workout was just right for me today! I pushed hard, and my chest and arms were pretty shaky by the end. 😃Nice to have a little bit of abs to close it out, too!

Great workout videos, keep up the good work! I also like how there are different strength levels represented in the videos, so if I'm struggling with an exercise, I can see that someone in the video is too :-). Are the people behind you regular clients, trainers or hired models?

Great to hear that. This group of ladies have been with me for years. They all started coming to my group fitness classes at our health club and when the pandemic hit, I invited them over to workout on the driveway...it just took off from there.👍😉🥰

Why would you do jumping jack in a warmup? Your workouts are too high impact.
