Long time no new upper body upload.
I'm here with another 30 MIN UPPER BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT - we will be targeting and strengthening all the muscles in your upper body, also core. Get ready to feel the burn and see amazing results!
I used 2x 10 kg & 2x5 kg DB for your reference! 💪🏻
I hope you are ready to join me on the mat! 🔥
Make sure to make this workout as intense as it can be for you.
Grab your mat, something to drink and let's get ready to sweat! 💦

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼

Am on time today, good morning| afternoon| night everybody.. Super excited. Am Nicole from Lebanon, where y'all from💛 Ma'ma we love this channel, it has changed my body alot plus mindset. So many workouts that i used to only watch but NOW I can do them too. My growth is amazing. The only major thing am still struggling with is the push ups but the mini ones am managing. Was für tolle, Neue und abwechslungsreiche Übungen 🥰 Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht und obwohl es keinen Finisher gab, kam ich ordentlich ins schwitzen 💦 Aber das ist ein Kompliment, denn das schaffst nur du mit deinen Videos. Ich habe in der Vergangenheit soviel probiert und bin immer wieder froh und stolz, dass ich nun zwei Jahre lang mit dir trainiere ❤️ und vielleicht geht mein Traum dich mal in echt zu treffen auch in Erfüllung 🥰

What a wonderful workout! I even learnt a few new movements today ☺ No repeat, but exercises were designed in such a way that they really made sense. And the dumbbells felt definitely heavier 🔥🔥

Yes 🥳 i am getting stronger, normal push ups from a chair on my knees ( because of joint pain in big toes) now on the mat my bellybutton almost touched the mat and i could push myself up 💪 and the 1 arm pull over i normaly did with both arms a heavier weight, now 1 arm 5 kg
